Brookside Apartments is a well-established community nestled in a beautiful wooded setting. Our spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments offer you all the comforts of home at a price you can afford with water, sewer, trash, & gas included in your rent. Electric for a 1 bedroom is $40, 2 bedroom is $60, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is $80, & 3 bedroom is $80. We adore pets so much so that we recently threw out the breed restriction policy. All breeds are welcome at Brookside and we have one of the largest dog parks in Carbondale! Our convenient location is minutes from everywhere.
