Property Ratings at Brookshire Apartments
The amount of apartments I have rented in my lifetime go into the double digits. This one was by far the worst. Every other tenant i spoke to during my time there seemed to feel similarly as I do. The manager will act extremely nice at first- until she gets your money and shows her true colors. Do not choose Brookshire if you value privacy: the mall cop wannabe boyfriend “maintenance man” will barge in any time he wishes, with or without always having an appointment. Do not choose Brookshire if you want your deposit back: I’ve heard other peoples’ stories as well of management doing the same thing as was done to me. The management are snakes and will make up many lies about why they should not give it back. When confronted, the average response seems to basically amount to the idea of ‘do something about it then, we have more money than you’. So if your choice of living involves no privacy, not being treated as fellow humans, and sleeping in a bedbug haven, choose Brookshire.
Thankful for my neighbors and the care given to the tenants.
