All they care about is charging you for rent and EVERYTHING. The dont actually care about making repairs or if your mail gets stolen

Your concerns are important to us, and we’d like to address them. Our community features private entry townhomes, providing residents with a sense of privacy and independence. However, if there are concerns regarding theft of mail or packages, we strongly encourage contacting the local police department, as we do not have control over deliveries or mail services. Regarding maintenance, we take pride in having a full team of dedicated technicians who respond promptly to service requests submitted through our office or resident portal. If there are outstanding maintenance concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. We are committed to providing a positive living experience and are always looking for ways to improve. They use to be good people. But now the new owners don’t care about there tenants they only see us as a dollar sign and nothing else! Don’t waste your money living here!
