Fast and friendly service, great upkeep on the grounds. Management and maintenance are very friendly. Lived here for 6 years and plan on another 6 or more.

I have lived here a little over 2 yrs. and I am very pleased with this apartment community. I love it here because you can actually call this place your HOME! Management is awesome they are very friendly and help in any way they can, as well as maintenance they are very quick and efficient. I don't know what that other person that wrote about living in a drug dealer paradise is talking about. I know for a fact that this is no where near to what she is describing. Of course there is always going to be crime around us no matter how gated or how well patrolled places are. There is no control as to what dumb people do out there, but I do know that the manager does not tolerate any crime/police activities or any involvement to this on the property. I have seen some police vehicles around the property and I do know they patrol all times of the day. My advise to anyone looking to move in to ANY apartment complex and are a little concerned about the crime levels is to call the police department and ask how high the crime activity is for that community. I did! That's one of the reasons why I moved in to Brookhaven!! All in all this is the only place I would really recommend anyone to move in to!!

I have lived here for over 3 years and honestly have lived in apartments all of my life. I have yet to see such a clean apartment complex and anytime i need anything done they are there within usually an hour or two and sometimes that is a little too fast but thats ok i would rather them come right away than for me to wait. The management is wonderful, could not be happier than here at Brookhaven and i have children and the apartments have 4 playgrounds which have saved me from driving anywhere during the hot summer. The grounds keeper keeps the grounds looking great and you always always see them picking up trash. Rent is very reasonable and i really cannot believe i found this place, never knew it existed until i drove down Powell street by accident almost 4 years ago. I was living in another apartments at the time and had to wait for my lease to be up so that I could move in here. I was greeted pleasantly the manager introduced herself and i was greeted in my new homes not only with someone who walked it with me to ensure my apartment met my standards but a nice card and some candy. Man that candy really got me thru the first few hours of moving in. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are searching for something refreshing.

Awesome management and clean property. Property maintained and grounds look great. Staff very friendly. This is the BEST place is Springdale.

Management is friendly and maintenance is quick for residents and most of all it is always clean grounds and no noise. For a property this big quite frankly i am surprised. I am a current resident now and have lived here for a few years now. Very happy and highly recommend Brookhaven Apartments.

I have lived at Brooke Haven for three years...My truck has been broke in to twice,my apartment once. I cant believe they advertise theses apartments as family friendly. I get stopped at least once a weekend by somebody asking if I want to buy weed,meth, or blow. If your single and the weekend warrior type its probably a great place to live. I work and travel a lot so, I am not home most of the time. If you have a family I would only rent an apartment at Brooke Haven as a last resort. I have never had a problem with maintenance. Never had to deal with management I pay my rent on time. I have heard horror story's about dealing with them. My impression that they are not very experience in managing. I'm thinking all they do is sit around writing good reviews about their apartments on line but this review is just my opinion. Just ask any Springdale officer about Brooke Haven.

We searched for a rental for quite a while and were unable to find anything. Then I saw an add for apartments.com and checked it out. That is when I found Brookhaven Apartments. What a relief! We were running out of time needing to be out of our current rental, so I called immediately and set up an appointment. They showed us a model and we put a deposit down the same day. There was a mix up with the apartment we were told we would be in and the one we actually were out in, the apartment was also not very clean and had a lingering smell of smoke. That being said, the management has been very on top of getting everything taken care of. They immediately sent over a cleaning crew to reclean and have also taken care of the smell. Weve had a few maintenance issues which were responded to very quickly. The club house is only open during their office hours which makes it very hard to use since those hours end at 6 pm and 2 pm on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. Overall, the grounds are well kept, the apartments are comfortable, maintenance is print, and the management is friendly and helpful.
