Property Ratings at Brookhaven Apartments II

BEWARE
Everything is wrong. The owners won't fix anything. No maintenance at all. When is rains the apartments flood on inside. They have sand bags outside of the apartments because when it rains water comes in the bedrooms and living rooms. Apartments Snell of mold and mildew. Windows won't raise up, which is a fire hazard. Bugs crawl in under front door because of gaps, which causes utility bill to be very high. The manager has a very nasty attitude and won't give you receipt after you pay your rent. They didn't change the air filters. There is mold inside the walls and under the outdoor/indoor carpet they have. It's a mess! They have been on the news before but the company TAC-RE,LLC on Gilbert drive in Shreveport don't care about these slums.
