I have waited a year to write this review and I figured now was a great time! I was honestly sick of home ownership and said, “heck, let’s give apartment living a try.” I have never done apartment living and I was NERVOUS! But everyone at Brookfield Reserve made my worries disappear. The building and the units are so beautiful and like new when you move in. The staff go ABOVE and BEYOND… they are timely, they are kind, and they know what the heck they’re doing to provide luxury living. My children love seeing Meredith and Jackson when they run in after school from the bus and enjoy getting a quick word in with Will and Jeff before they head off in the morning to start their day; It truly is a community here! We love Brookfield Reserve and never want to leave!

The location is phenomenal and the management team is very responsive & friendly. My first year here was practically perfect, I loved it. Once I did a unit transfer at renewal I had a different experience. The team was great with communicating open units, however the unit was not cleaned when I got here. It was honestly gross. Things were dirty & broken. They had to come back several times to clean/fix things. It’s never felt like my home, more so that I’ve been living in someone else’s. The rent is also very high for the size/quality. The pool is beautiful, nice amenities- however things have been down a lot more frequently in the last 2 years; elevators, coffee machines, etc. The new parking management isn’t as user friendly as the prior. The power outages are frequent with storms. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night with an evacuation with no reasoning was frustrating. Overall it’s been nice living here, merely ready to save money & have more space.

I've lived in many apartment buildings and this is by far the best. Pricey for WI but it's worth it - the location and convenience are part of it but the management and maintenance staff, more than anything, justify the price. It's not one of those "luxury" apartments that says luxury but have horrible management and maintenance response time. The only downside is that the building is very prone to power outages so be prepared to get through 24-72 hours without power.

Meredith and Jackson made the move-in process very easy, and have been very helpful with all things that are involved with moving here. I love the convenient location of BR, and the apartment I chose to live in, but I especially like the fitness center!

I've been living at the Brookfield Reserve for 4 years and it has been the best apartment I've lived in - management and maintenance have always been very thoughtful and on top of things. Their work ethic and commitment to residents comfort shine through esp. in times of difficulties (e.g. how they handle prolonged power outages, how they help with heavy deliveries without being asked).

We love living here. Management is so great and responsive! The location cannot be beat, close to shopping and the freeway. Heated garage parking is a major plus this winter.

The Brookfield Reserve team exceeded all expectations! Having relocated from a city five hours away, I aimed to have my furniture delivered a few days before my move-in. Regrettably, it arrived weeks earlier than anticipated. They graciously accommodated the situation by storing my furniture in an unoccupied apartment until my arrival. Upon reaching my new home, I was delighted to find that they had seamlessly transferred all the delivered boxes into my apartment. The level of communication and dedication exhibited by this team is truly exceptional – they are simply outstanding!

Office/management and maintenance staff are what set apart the best complexes I have lived in. Meredith and support staff at Brookfield Reserve have been nothing short of phenomenal. I love living here. The on site management and leasing staff are awesome-helpful-quick to respond-and find solutions quickly?? Rhe maintenance staff is friendly, approachable. And quick to respond. They are knowledgeable and efficient. My only issue ia some difficulty with visitor parking. Entry, and navigating to find an apartment. That being said I’ve never felt more safe in an apartment complex. Common areas are clean and updated. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful but small upscale units and waiting list for storage. Pricey and hoping the Re t doesn’t increase beyond standard of living. More distinct signage in the hallways would be nice. Artwork in the hallways would also be nice. They are drab. Pool and community areas are beautiful., Management has been wonderful and quick to respond. Very easy to work with. My experience has been great at Brookfield Reserves. I love that they have events almost every month and the staff is very friendly! The maintenance staff is very fast on getting things fixed and they fix what ever maintenance problem correctly.
