Property Ratings at Brooke Mill
The maintenance people do NOT know what they are doing. They do not fix anything. If you want something fixed be prepared to call everyday asking to get it fixed. All the windows are old and all are moldy. The maintenance guys and front office did NOTHING, and the front office pushed it under the rug. The do not treat they're renters nicely AT ALL. I know many people on this comlex with bugs and ALL moldy!
Upon entrance Front Office Staff has Amazing Customer Service, They went above and beyond to help answer all questions and concerns. The application process went smoothly and effortlessly. I am excited to call Brooke Mill home.

This place must be avoided it's overpriced and just simply not worth the money, the property manager Patty is the nastiest person you'll ever meet, she may seem sweet when you first meet her but it's a lie, she's a very nasty person to talk to and the apartments are not maintained properly, this place must be avoided at all cost
I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now. It is by far the best place to live. Office staff and maintenance are very nice and personable. It is a very quiet and safe place. My daughter enjoys playing outside with the rest of the kids and also loves to go in the office every Friday for fresh made cookies. I highly recommend this apartment complex for everyone that wants to have a great living experience.
1st time i called they picked up by the 2nd ring, and the top level service hasnt stopped from there. We had to get out of our apt in roswell because of roaches, and needed a really quick and easy switch. Heather and all the staff give the highest level of service and i cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic. The apts are light and very well designed, most importantly clean. The whole complex is really well maintained and they are always willing to help. Get your application in, because you will really love living here. We do!
I love living here! It’s nice and quiet and clean. I haven’t had any issues, and I know if I did the staff would be on it immediately. They made my move-in experience very easy and are so fun and friendly. A policeman lives one building over and I feel very safe. I am so happy with Brooke Mill!
Great place to live. Management is great, entire team is great. I have never had any issues since I have moved in. If I have they would take care of it very quickly. I have been so impressed with this community and I love all the staff.
I am a current resident and the police are over everyday. I hate coming home seeing the police based on the tenants they are moving in.
Brooke Mill was my first apartment when moving to Ga. Richard was the first person to help assist my mom and I into getting our apartment. It's a quite well kept environment, maintenance is fast and prompt. It's close to Kroger, Walmart, Target and Publix, 575 is right down the street you have everything you need. I recently was in search of a place to live and Patti was fast to assist me and got me the best rate. The Manger Samaya (I hope I got it right) locked me in and I'm VERY excited to return. At Brook Mill as a single woman I feel safe.
I absolutely love living at Brookemill! The scenery is simply breathtaking. The Brookemill staff members are all amazing at what they do. Excellence is truly delivered from day one. I love Brookemill!
I'm loving my new place, of course I had concerns at first, just like I would if I moved into a town home, home, etc. However, this is the best decision I have made thus far. My place was clean, and nice when I had my inspection. It is cozy, comfortable, and very relaxing. I even broke the ice by meeting the neighbors across from me, behind me, and underneath me. They seem nice and welcoming so far. Donna is a sweetheart, very lovable, Richard is funny, but will assist you with all of your needs, Mina is laid back and nice, and Patty is caring. The residents walk their dogs, have conversations on the porch, and enjoy themselves. The landscaping is lovely, however; I have one complaint, and that is the Laundry room, it needs to be kept clean. Besides that, I couldn't ask for a better place, a great location, quiet, safe, convenient, and close to my job. I'm glad to call Brooke Mill my home. Hope this doesn't change. Thanks to everyone who assisted me with my move, it is very well appreciated.
I've only lived her for six months and I can't wait for my lease to end. The place is swarming with gnats, spiders, huge Palmetto bugs, millipedes and ants. I've requested an exterminator eight times and no one has ever showed up to spray. The neighbors are loud and rude and make noise at all hours of the night. Their kids are allowed to run loose unattended and screaming all day every day. People throw trash and leave their dog's droppings everywhere. There are also always unsavory characters lurking around the property in the middle of the night (probably making drug deals) and there is no security patrol at all.
My first apartment and I couldn't be happier! On my search I looked at many, but Brooke Mill immediately felt different. It was quiet, tucked back, very good vibe. With me and my two girls, I was very focused on safety and comfort. I have both here. I absolutely love it and definitely made the right choice. Not to mention how convenient it is to everything in Woodstock and town lake.
Unfortunately, I have not been very impressed with Brooke Mill Apartments. While most of the issues I have encountered have been relatively minor, they have added up quickly. To list just a few of them... 1) I was called two days before I was scheduled to move in (over a week after I had supposedly been approved) regarding income verification. At that point I was loading the moving truck and everything was in boxes. If I hadn't managed to get to that info, which was a major inconvenience as I'm trying to move, I would have been homeless. 2) When I took possession of the apartment, I discovered that while the model had ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, my unit only had one. When I called the office, I was told "yeah, we should probably fix that" with no sense of surprise whatsoever. Clearly other people had already said something and they didn't do anything about it. 3) The view outside of my bedroom window is a huge patch of dirt covered in cigarette butts. While this is the worst part of the grounds that I have seen, there are plenty of other areas that are not maintained particularly well. 4) The appliances in the kitchen are clearly old. The oven is rusted, the dishwasher is stained, and the freezer shelf is broken. I could keep going but hopefully you get the point. On the flip side, whenever I have had a maintenance request, they have been very quick and very nice and I do truly love the privacy and quietness of my unit. All in all, I would be okay with the complex if it wasn't for the amount that I am paying. I am about to move to a complex about 15 minutes up the highway that is $55 less a month and over 100 more square feet.
