Brooke Lyn Apartments

Teresa always make sure things are done on time. Maintenance is excellent they always be on time and fixed what is needed. The apartments very clean and well kept up. I recommend Brooke Lyn apartments

The customer service is outstanding. I went into the office to check the availability. The atmosphere and environment was so warm and welcoming. Ms. Theresa greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions about the application and leasing process. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the property. She was very enthusiastic. It was a great experience.

I moved here in June 2022 and my experience has been great so far. Anything I had an issue with Ms. Theresa has made sure it was taken care of ASAP! Her professionalism makes living here worthwhile. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrading but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. The apartments are cozy and give the home-y vibe.

I have been at Brooke lyn going on a year now it has been a great place to live , the atmosphere is calm , the property manager Ms. Theresa is very pleasant & responsive whenever I am in need of anything. I’d recommend here to live to a family member or a friend.

This complex could be fantastic but it is poorly managed. The pool was not open for the summer. Residents were continually advised it would be after inspections were completed but that never occurred. This complex has few amenities so the pool never opening was quite a disappointment. Another concern is that maintenance does not reside onsite. This can create great challenges in the event of an emergency. For example my kitchen sink has been clogged for over 72 hours. I can not even run the dishwasher as it uses the same plumbing as the sink! The maintenance man himself is awesome! He tries to get your issues resolved ASAP. Follow up with him revealed he was unable to get in touch with the property manager to get a company credit card to purchase the tools needed to repair my sink. So as you can see just poor management. If not for the above mentioned items I would have no complaints.

Leonard, our maintenance guy, has a pleasant personality and cares about the residents. Leonard is punctual, polite, and works diligently to complete the assigned tasks. Leonard completes his work with perfection and makes sure he has your approval. He is the perfect maintenance guy. He cleans the work area after completing the work order. I truly appreciate his interest in his job. Our apartment manager, Theresa, keeps you informed about the work order, gets your response upon completion of the work order to ensure your request is fulfilled. THANKS FOR CARING !!!

First I want to give the pros.. The complex "can" be quiet, I like the school even tho elementary school bus provides no pick up here. The apartments are decent sizes. Is it worth the money not at all, the appliances are very outdated the entire place is carpeted throughout, contrary to the above description there are NO on site laundry facility or ceiling fans in the apartments. The previous comment states that the kids have plenty of room to play which is false it's mostly parking lot so you decide if you feel safe by having your kids dodge cars and the pool is disgusting you can literally see the dirt ring around it and the tons sitting at the bottom, the walls are thin I hear everything my neighbor watches and the best part *sarcasm* is the property manager Karen I don't think she knows how to be friendly her customer service is the worst and this is from day 1 when I went to inquire about renting which should have been a sign!

The Natural Lighting advantages are amazing! The office is very organized and the staff are very responsible and well dedicated to their job in making the apartments just right for their tenants. Plenty of room for children to play together, as well as an outside pool and lounge area within eye site of the office. I love being able to let my kids go to the pool area knowing they will be safe.
