Mainly a city of residential neighborhoods, South Lyon features a charming Downtown district at the corner of 10 Mile Road and Lafayette Street, home to numerous specialty shops, cafes, and the historic South Lyon Theater. The city’s most recognizable landmark is the iconic Queen Anne Depot, better known as the “Witch’s Hat” for its distinctive conical roof.
