I fell behind on my rent. Was charged a legal fee to go to court and get an approved repayment plan. I followed it by the letter until my lease ended and I moved across the country. Information was withheld from me causing me to default and receive a default judgement not in my favor. Now I have to get it vacated due to not being accurately informed of ongoings in a timely manner. Stay away from this place.

stay away from Morgan properties. terrible company
Apartments have mold and the heat don’t work. When maintenance work order is put in or I call the office they said “ they are know about the problem and that can’t do anything anything about it”
This place is just awful! When I moved in the apartment was dirty I had to clean it all myself. Then a few months ago I had an ant problem. I put in a work order they never came and resolved the issue. I called them because I now have an ant infestation and they told me to get ant traps. They also said that if they had maintenance come they were going to charge ME! This place is gross and has the worst customer service. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can leave and never look back!

Great student housing that offers the luxury of living off campus but also being within walking distance of class buildings and campus in general. Apartments are very spacious and recently renovated with very helpful staff always at your service. The apartment complex offers things such as an on site laundry mat, 24/7 maintenance staff, and a basketball hoop in our backyard. This is a great community that is very accessible to the school and the many activities going on in town.
These apartments are better than college dorms BUT I would only recommend these to struggling college kids or people looking for a first starter apartment.
I'm a College Student, they know that, they give us reasonable rent, but I would've liked to have picked another place to stay.
The crossings are nice apartments, but you have to go through a lot of paperwork and meetings to be eligible. Other than that, the staff is nice and the apartments are very clean. Laundry on site. Lots of college kids, especially during fall and spring sessions so expect lots of people and noise during those times. Located at the west end of Brockport, right off campus. A quick ten minute walk to the college and a five minute drive to Main Street. Overall, happy with my choice to move here.
