Clean and quiet
Broadway lofts is a great location with a grocery store on the main floor, so convenient! Walkable to the downtown area with restaurants and coffee shops. If you're looking for a place to live with a Cool vibe this is it!

"No Place Like Home"
First of all, is the friendly and good customer service from the manager and maintenance to attend to any requests needed. The Lofts residents are like family. I am very safe and happy at Broadway Lofts.

Just what we were looking for
Broadway Lofts is a wonderful property. On the edge of downtown Mt. Pleasant, it is a peaceful, quiet, place but with a modern urban feel. High ceilings, big windows, nice appliances --- it has a lot to offer. Plus, management is congenial, helpful, and on-site. Love it.
