Arrive Broadway Lofts

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at this apartment community. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The building and common areas are always kept clean, and the management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. My unit itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to repairs and upkeep. The amenities, such as the gym and lounge areas, are a great bonus and add to the overall comfort of living here.

Everything is really good but we still recommend to have more public areas like a roof top chilling area or something like that’s. Everything is really amazing here ?????

So far so good can’t complain! Yes you have your outside homeless ppl and Downtown things but other than that the place is wonderful and safe!

This experience from the first day of dropping in to schedule a tour up to my move in day has been nothing but amazing. The team definitely project as just that....a team. They go above and beyond with accurate and essential information and updates. This really feels like a welcome into a wonderful and well rounded community. The New York vibe of the property and the spacious units make you tap into your creative side to add just the right touches of home. This is a journey I am excited about

Love the history of the building and how close we are to everything in downtown. Don’t appreciate staff always changing and that we don’t have access to a parking lot

Everything is really great here, we hope we can have more public areas so we can share with all. The amenities are really good, the personal is respectful

Moved in almost two months ago, and i absolutely love it! Great workers and quick to help with any needs. Very convenient, and all around been great so far.

I love this building, it’s so unique from all the other ones here in downtown. The front desk staff are so helpful, maintenance is helpful, they keep everything in and around the building clean and keep up with any issues in the apartment

I am very happy and excited to be a new resident at the Lofts, I love my space and am eagerly anticipating designing it. I haven’t much to complain about and that’s great. I’ve met some nice and interesting people and think this will make a great home!

Overall the apartments are nice and the gym is cool. Neighbors are pretty friendly and the building is kept clean. I like the location and its proximity to bars/club/resturants.

Everything right here’s is so good!!! All the personal that works here are good persons and the building as well is amazing. We are hopping to stay here for more time

The residents we have encountered have been very friendly and welcoming. Except for the one who parks his heating and air conditioning van in the loading zone directly in front of the building all weekend.

Great safe community, clean building, friendly staff, and good central location in downtown San Diego. Close proximity to amazing restaurants and clubs including walking distance to petco park.

the apartments are very pretty, but the area isn’t good- homeless, drunk people, and people very clearly on drugs around the building at all times and through the night is very nosy. “security” is also a joke, they’re not consistently there, and when they are they are sleeping or glued to their phones. packages also get stolen from the package room by other residents, and the building refuses to do anything about it. While cheaper than other apartments you may find downtown, you risk your security. Also keep in mind there isn’t a parking garage for the building, and the closest one is pricey. I will be moving the second my lease is up, it is that problematic of an area. while it is on fifth street you’re about 3-4 blocks down from the night life and to get there have to walk through a combination of abandoned stores and liquor stores where you will see homeless people doing drugs. visit the area before you even consider.

Love Arrive Broadway!! Just moved in and every part of this experience has been wonderful! So excited that this is my new home! From the property managers to maintenance, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Love this building, I don’t have issues with street parking, the gym has most of what I need when I use it. Needing a code for every door makes me feel secure

The leasing and move-in process was easy and very simple. Thank you to Brittnie and the team for such a great welcome experience and I’m so excited to be a part of my new community!

We love this apartment complex! The staff and residents are super friendly here and make you feel right at home. The amenities are some of the best I’ve ever had in a complex- my favorite is the gym!

Moved in a couple months ago and it was the smoothest move in process ever! Although I miss Nathaniel, new management seems to be find. Maintenance always comes on time. Appreciate it.

I LOVE my apartment, the views, the design, its a dream. Very NYC in the heart of San Diego. Maintenance is also rather quick to get easy fixes handled which is much appreciated. I wish I could give it a higher rating but unfortunately the surrounding area has been less than ideal for the last couple of years and although some of it is out of the hands of management, more could be done.

The apartment overall is great, very friendly community and staff. We struggled to get into contact with anyone for days during the move in process but it was easy once we got hwre. very sketchy area, constant homelwss right outside the door and in tbe area

Building basement smells. Gym equipment needs tuning and cleaning. Need wifi. Lack of comms when gym is closed and elevator is down. I don’t recommend this place

The building and apartment is gorgeous, there’s some homeless around the area, but the building itself feels very secure. everyone we’ve met has been incredibly kind and welcoming, and we look forward to our time here

My hesitation to leave 4 or 5 stars stems from an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved for 6 months, with no real long term solution in place. Arrive did not properly screen a tenant on our floor and allowed them to move in with THREE large breed dogs that are supposed to be on the restricted dog breed list according to their own publications . They have since urinated repeatedly in front of our elevator. I was shocked to learn they don’t have a legitimate carpet cleaner on site to address accidents and instead rely on rudimentary methods and third party cleaning service that provided service ‘too little too late’. I’ve taken time out my day on numerous occasions to report the incidents and speak to regional managers about the issue and a sustainable solution. At this point the carpet is ruined and not salvageable.The status quo is effective as a screen door on a submarine. Arrive is not enforcing policies and protecting the integrity of the building or the morale of its tenants.

It just keeps getting better! Everyone here is so swift with their response to any and all concerns (which are few and far in between). We are coming up on a year with arrive.

Great property! I love everything about my updated loft and the community. Maintenance is quick and the grounds are always clean. I enjoy the amenities and allowance to use the 5 star hotels next doors facilities.

It hasn’t been anything I expected. We had are truck packed and ready to move and was told that the unit we signed for didn’t have a bedroom even though ever image sent to me showed a walled off room. So we had to unpack our truck and wait a week and rent another truck and pack and unload twice. Our intentions where to have a city view because we were mislead. I also been treated by the homeless population that lives in front of our building right in front of the security guard. I get off work at 130 am and I walk home and the most dangerous part of my walk home is the last ten feet to the main entrance. I also reported that my new neighbor has a dog that she throws big rocks on the floor and against my wall which wakes me in the morning. I submitted a complaint but that didn’t do anything good because it it seems as though she throws it even harder now. Not happy and planning to move by December because the homelessness, smells and we want a city view.

Progress is consistently being made from decor to features. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, neighbors aren’t loud. My apartment is dark and humid but is what i expected based on the walk through. The staff is very kind and reasonable.

I’ve been living at Broadway Lofts for almost 2 years now and I am still in love with our apartment. Who knew there would be a New York style loft apartment in the middle of San Diego for a fraction of the price. The staff and neighbors are amazing! It’s surprisingly very quiet due to the concrete walls. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Everything is nice but the hot water. I think the individual tanks each has must be tiny. I have never, nit once had a warm bath let alone hot

Love our loft, it being a bank before gives it such a unique style than all the other lofts in downtown. We don’t have parking which is the ONLY downside but it isn’t a bother to me as there are so many meters in our perimeter :)

Very welcoming place to live. Maintenance is very quick and efficient if I have any issues. Unit is quiet. There is no noise nuisance that is unbearable. I enjoy using the gym. I’m happy to be living here.

Nathaniel was awesome and made everything very easy! I have been looking for the perfect loft for over 6 months and finally found exactly what I was looking for. The process was simple and everyone so far has been more than helpful with everything pertaining to my move-in. This building is amazing!!!

I’ve lived at Broadway Loft’s almost 3 years. The transition in property management was rocky, but the team ~ Michael then Nate ~ has made a huge difference, righting the ship, and providing the luxury experience residents want. Kudos are due to everyone on the team, from John to Allison and Martin. Good job!

Really enjoy this community! They are so kind and welcoming. I’ve only been here 2 months but any help I need they’re there in minutes if my request. I highly recommend this building to everyone I know.

Love it here! I feel like im Seinfeld. Walkable distance to all the ameneties and go to's around downton San Diego. Looking forwaed to another year here!

20 years I've been renting, I'm a landlord myself and have been a realtor in NYC and Minneapolis. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I moved from Midtown Manhattan and couldn't stand the noise so I chose to leave. I found someone who wanted to take over my lease. They approved him and required a 60 day notice. I did that and he notified his landlord to end his month to month. They set a move in date for the new tenant and I found a new place to live. They then postponed his move in for no reason. I realized what a terrible group of people they are to deal with. He had to move into an airbnb and they charged me more rent. He called them repeatedly and with no luck he had to moved into another property. For those 2 months they never got a contract signed. They started charging me rent again for 5 more weeks. I'm getting an attorney. I'm not paying for their ignerance. STAY AWAY FROM BROADWAY LOFTS or any AIMCO building.
