Management is great - very responsive to address needs. The location is unbeatable being minutes to downtown Loveland restaurants and bar and the Loveland trail and Little Miami River. Pricing is great considering the quality of units and convenience of the location.
This apartment is an incredible location! You can walk to downtown Loveland and the Loveland trail in minutes. The place is always tidy and the management is super responsive and quick to address any needs. And quite honestly, the price is tough to beat when you consider the quality of the units and the convenience factor.
The property is good and the location is amazing. I love the bike trail and love having all the options for coffee and new places to eat!
This is my first apartment and it is great! Jamie the property manager is always so fast to respond, which is so comforting. I was worried to move away from home but this apartment has made me feel right at home!
The apartment's built into a hill that slopes directly into the building. When it rains heavily, water seeps in through the foundation. I had to have industrial fans drying out my carpet for over a week, and of course I didn't get any rent relief or alternate accommodations. Management hasn't added any drainage despite reporting this issue multiple times. The property manager is unresponsive. Doesn't matter if it's call, text, or email– they'll ignore you for weeks on end.
Lived there 2 years. First year was good but then they switched management or something it became the most trashy place ever. The place is so dirty, trash everywhere! You can hear everything the neighbors are saying and doing. None of the neighbors have any common decency they are the rudest people ever! We had issues with people NOT putting dogs on leashes or picking up after their dogs and management did nothing. Also don't bother with trying to get ahold of anyoneif you have important questions or an emergency cause they change their numbers all the time or never pick up or call you back. Our lease ended June 1st and I'm still getting reminders to pay rent even tho we never renewed and they have been told multiple times we were leaving and they even confirmed. So why am I being threatened to pay rent?? Also downtown loveland is the worst. Too much traffic and chaos.
This property is always well maintained, the neighbors are all so friendly and the Property Manager (Jamie) is ALWAYS so responsive and easy to work with.
I have a cozy 2-bedroom with enough space for all my needs. The layout is nice with an updated kitchen. I love sitting out on the balcony in the evenings after a long day at work. The location is the best part. I can walk to get a coffee or brunch on the weekends.
I recently sold my condo and was looking for a nice apartment in the area and ultimately decided to move here. I toured a few other complex’s around and this seemed to be the best value. The units are clean and updated and management was helpful with any questions I had.

We recently toured this place and it was quiet and clean. Neighbors seem really nice and they even have laundry rooms. Mrs.janie was very helpful even working around our schedule which was nice.
I sold my house last year and decided to rent for a year. I’m going on my 2nd lease term here, my apartment is nice, location is convenient and management is great.
