I loved it here until the eviction notice for being one day late. I doubt I'd recommend this place now. I would not want what happened to me, to happen to someone I care about.

I have had a positive experience getting into Broadway Apt. Everyone here is upbeat and positive. The management team in on the ball all the time. They are eager to please you and make everything a positive experience. Sarah the manager always gives it her all for everyone who comes into contact with her and makes sure people are satisfied. My apartment is so beautiful and everything works so well. They do an excellent job keeping everything immaculate everywhere. The people who are my neighbors here are kind and considerate. I feel safe here also. I hope whoever reads this will consider this a good move.

Broadway190 apartments have been wonderful! Our move in experience was as seemless as possible, the management team is very kind and knowledgeable. The community here is calm and welcoming. The unit provides plenty of storage space and the kitchen is the best I have seen for any apartment! Highly recommended looking into these apartments!

Beautiful homes with large windows and lots of light. Management is friendly but follow ups need some improvement. Dog waste is a real issue as many residents don’t care to clean up after their pets even though Broadway 190 has a program that should encourage residents to clean up after their pets. Maybe the program isn’t being utilized often enough? Unfortunately, the grassy areas struggle to stay alive. This is not managements problem as much as it was not constructed properly allowing proper drainage. Overall, it’s a great place to live and feels safe here.

I have only been living here for 3 weeks. My experience at Broadway 190 has been a mixed, with a notable positive being Melissa's impressive tour. However, the leasing process and move-in were marked by communication challenges, last-minute requests, and an unreasonable $650 non-refundable re-decorating fee?? The requirement for a cashier's check on move-in day added unnecessary stress. Despite these drawbacks, the maintenance staff has stood out for their friendliness and helpful demeanor. While I haven't encountered any maintenance issues yet, their consistent presence around the complex contributes to security, and their approachability is commendable.

Amazing community! Amazing staff! Haven’t used the work order system yet, so no comment on that. Very well kept apartment, modernized area w/ LED lights that are the perfect brightness. The first month free rent (based on length of lease term) was a big plus as I could use funds for moving instead! Highly recommended

The staff if what makes this apartment so amazing. They are always friendly and ready to help. They put on great events through the year and the amenities are pretty great. I love my new home! These apartments are definitely more newer and have a modern feel to them. My favorite place in my home is the kitchen. Very spacious kitchen with way more cabinet storage space and outlets I would ever need.

I love my new home and my pup dose too! It's nice to have a community that loves my fur baby as much as I do! They have pet stations all around and the dog park is a quick 5-10 min walk from my home. My pup already knows he will get treats from the office ladies and always heads that way on our walks.

Excellence is an under statement! Broadway190 is my first apartment by myself and the staff has made me feel so welcome, I don't know if I will ever leave! I look forward to the resident events every month. Not only is the office amazing, but I put in a service request last week and Tim and Major were to my apartment within 24 hours to have it repaired. Even if the team wasn't great, the apartments really speak for themselves! I have brand new stainless steel appliances, GRANITE counters and pretty subway tile backsplash. My apartment has all hard wood flooring and the color scheme is on point. My bathroom is huge and my closet supports my shopping problems! What more could a girl ask for? 10/10 recommend Broadway190 to any and everyone!

It's a lovely property with big windows, modern kitchens, super friendly management and an excellent maintenance crew. Would definitely recommend this place. Must be one of the nicest apartments in the valley.

Beautiful units with high end fixtures. I love the Vinyl Plank flooring, quartz countertops and gooseneck faucet. Floor to ceiling windows bring in a lot of light and good energy.

The staff here at Broadway 190 is courteous and professional. Anything requested is taken care of in a timely matter. My packages are never stolen. Parking is a bit tight. The complex is clean, there is no trash floating around.

I came from living in a five bedroom three bath home. I was extremely worried my studio would feel small or not be able to fit my furniture. Not the case! Now that Im moved in, it feels like a home. I have so much space in my studio! All my furniture fits nicely. The tall ceilings make it feel very large. The windows let in so much natural light. Im am very pleased with my experience. The front office is so friendly, and has answered any questions or concerns I might have. Im happy to be apart of this community.

So far, Broadway190 provided me with a sense of security type of living. They are very prompt with snow removal/management during winter. They address any issues as soon as it comes up. Staff are friendly and professional.

I have had a positive experience getting into Broadway Apt. Everyone here is upbeat and positive. They are eager to please you and make everything a positive experience. My apartment is so beautiful and everything works so well. They do an excellent job keeping everything immaculate everywhere. The people who are my neighbors here are kind and considerate. I feel safe here also. I hope whoever reads this will consider this a good move.

The Layout of the 1 bedroom apartment is very strange. Entry into the kitchen with a turn and a narrow gap to make moving any large items in and out problematic. The kitchen is nice but the extra cabinets and sink on the right reduces floor space and makes the moderately sized living room look small. Hardwood floors and wall heaters, except in the bedroom which has carpet and a 'baseboard' heater?! And the space lost in the washer/dryer room could have been used to enlarge the bedroom and the closet but is instead a chunk of unusable space. Poorly designed and certainly not worth what they are asking!

Our one bedrooms are actually our most popular floor plan! From the chef style kitchen to the spacious washer/dryer mudroom. Our homes are also 97% efficient and being that our power company is Modern Electric, heating and cooling costs should be some of the lowest in the Valley. Broadway 190 has made my move to the Spokane area so easy. With starting law school stress is at a constant high but I can confidently say housing was never part of that stress. The apartments are affordable, beautifully built and very conveniently located. We hope to call Broadway 190 home for my full schooling experience!

Melissa was extremely helpful in setting up a virtual tour during the pandemic as I was also from out of state. The paperwork was easy to manage online as well as contacting the office with any questions throughout the process. The responses to emails and service requests are handled immediately and stress-free. The apartment was clean and was more spacious than I had remembered from the virtual tour. It was nice to move in to a brand new apartment with all new appliances! Although there is construction going on for the surrounding buildings, it is not loud and does not restrict my entrances or exits. Overall, without knowing the area, I was pleasantly surprised on the complex and the easy access to restaurants and shopping centers.
