I have lived here for 1 year plus! Love the apartment set up, I seldom hear anyone in the hallway. All maintenance completed within 24 hours or sooner. I love the closeness of the mall, the canal to walk along and the restaurants nearby!!

Moving from out of state, I signed a lease without even getting to view the complex because I knew it was a great location. When I moved in I realized it was also beautiful, well built, clean, has wonderful amenities and amazing staff too. Best decision.

I am exceedingly clean and detail-oriented. I found only a few very minor issues when I moved in, and maintenance and the staff response was excellent. After a month here, I'm finding the building surprisingly quiet and comfortable to live and work in. I've worked from home in a house the last 15 years, and I'm happy to find that being here in my apartment is just as pleasant, with the added bonus of everything I want steps away.

I am happy with my life at Broadstone waterfront for the comfort and maintenance of my apartment! I love, love the location for walking the mall in the hot summer, to the shopping as needed. Broadstone Waterfront encompasses an urban lifestyle within suburbia! I have lived here since 2017 and have enjoyed living in this four-story complex . I have experienced it to generally be an attractive and well-maintained community with excellent management staff who have been responsive, professional, friendly, organized and helpful. Amenities are good and each unit contributes toward common area utilities. There is a good community feel. My neighbors and I have helped each other out when someone has had surgery or an accident or has been ill. We live in an area with a great walk-score. I cannot drive much and my family lives close by so I find the location is ideal for my lifestyle. I highly recommend prospective renters check out the property to see if it feels like home for them as it has for me. Thank you Broadstone for an overall good experience.

I enjoy living in Broadstone Waterfronts vibrant environment with multi ages living here. The facility has a variety of exercise options, we have underground parking and restaurants are literally outside our doors. The largest Shopping mall in SW US is a block away! The canal has well cared for paths to walk along on each side!

I am very happy living on the 4th floor with a lovely view, quiet, with friendly neighbors and an elevator that is very timely, because of Covid, I have not used the activity areas, but plan to start in the next few weeks.

I am a senior that wanted to be close to restaurants, the Mall and an open air walking area. And I needed windows, a view and convenience of the amenities that are present in my apartment at Broadstone Waterfront. I am happy to be in the midst of activity and the availability of the common area gym, indoor lounges, and open air lounge on the canal, the pool and may even use the BBQ someday. The residents I have met are friendly and cheerful and many have lived here for years.

Broadstone Waterfront has been overall a positive experience and a good place to live. The location, the prompt professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of staff, maintenance timely response, amenities, and most residents - all good. I often recommend to friends to check this property out before making a decision as to where to live. Some of my friends have lived here since the property was built 6 years ago - for good reason!

I would not recommend this community I had fo stay in a hotel this time when I came to my apartment o have not had hot water in 3 weeks and the issue still as of today 10-13-20 has not been resolved

I have found Broadstone Waterfront to be a great place to live: beautiful property, great location, reasonably priced for the area and well managed. Management has been friendly, professional and attentive to keeping the building neat, clean and safe. Any personal concerns or issues Ive seen in the building have been promptly addressed over the past 2 1/2 years. All the front office personnel with whom Ive interfaced over the past 2 1/2 years have done an excellent job - friendly, prompt, professional. Tim, our maintenance engineer, is professional and very helpful and an incredible asset to the mgmt team - and to the residents! If I were the boss, Id give him a huge raise every year! I suggest to friends who are searching for an apartment to check out Broadstone Waterfront first. Covid has been tough on everyone and I feel management has navigated the murky waters well. Good job Alliance!

The office staff has very poor management skill. On Friday, June 26, 2020, in the AM I rented storage unit on the third floor. On Sunday, June 28, 2020, at approximately 11:00 AM, I went to my storage unit to get one of my belongings out of my storage unit, and my stuff was not in there any longer. There was someone elses belongings in my storage unit. I, immediately, went to the office to find out what happened to my things. Nicole very non-chalantly explained how Ashley, the manager, informed her she made a mistake and double booked storage my unit. So, she decided to move my belongings to another unit. I understand people make mistakes, but at the point they realized a mistake was made and my belongings needed to be moved, I should have been notified. I received no email, no phone call, no knock on my door, and no text message informing me of the situation. I also did not received notification of my belongings being moved without my permission. I have emailed Rachel the business manager, who is over Ashley, the property manager and have not received a response.

We have wintered in Scottsdale since 2001. We owned a house in north Scottsdale until January 18 In our opinion and search we believe there is no better place for us to live than BsWf wish we had sold years earlier and moved down here
Broadstone is the benchmark for luxury living! Not only does the community speak class, the office and maintenance team add to the experience. My partner and I have called Waterfront home for the past year and have enjoyed it immensely. Ashely, the new business manager, goes above and beyond with making sure residents are taken care of. Tim, the maintenance supervisor for the past couple years, makes sure that every maintenance request is taken care of promptly. You can also tell that the maintenance takes pride in their work, which is so important with such a high class property as this. Overall Waterfront has left a lasting impression for us both.
These are well built, beautiful apartments. The pool area is like a resort. The noise at night can sometimes be a little much from old town, but that is what is reasonable to expect in this location.
Truly the best place to stay in heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This place is such a complement to an already beautiful community around us !
My ONLY disappointment is the feedback from people moving out from rent raises yet new occupants get discounts. I would think they would take better care of steady income! I will be moving because of this but loved living here
Excellent location, great appliances in units, excellent amenities, excellent staff- Ashley, Summer and Nicole were all great and very professional and caring at the same time.
BW is a great place to live! Management is professional and responsive and works hard for us. The location and amenities are terrific. The two story gym has all the good quality equipment you need - and its clean! The pool, cabanas and clubhouse area are clean and beautiful - and folks actually use them! Amazon and other package delivery and mail has been seamless. And maintenance has been top notch - thank you Tim! There are many very nice people who live here. Theres a true sense of community because we actually care about one another and help each other out. And we extend a warm welcome to all new residents.
Nice comfortable apartment in excellent complex with all the amenities located in the heart of downtown.
It is a beautiful facility in a wonderful location. Easy access and lots of fun activities nearby.

We have lived at BSWF since late October 18. We find it to be an excellent location with an excellent staff. It has a European feel A center of activity yet quiet it has a friendly neighborhood feel

The pool and lounge are lovely ! Our gym is great ! Right outside our door we have a high-end mall restaurants music and nightlife . I feel like I am living in a resort!

We've only been there a month so we don't have a specific experience to share at this time, but over all it's been great.
When I first moved in the was a clean and pleasent place to live, truly luxury. Now it is dirty and run down in areas. There is literally paint and ceiling material bubbled up in our 3rd floor hallway. The carpets in the hallways are gross. They used to clean them regularly- now they literally smell! They used to even spot clean bad areas of the carpet too- no more! I’ve seen roaches twice in the last month-never had a problem before! The maintenance is so poor and I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can leave! Beware-NOT LUXURY!!!!
It's our best decision for the year to move into Broadstone Waterfront. The staff (office & maintenance) are top notched. You can beat the neighbordhood with tons of restaurants & jogging trails.
From application to move in and beyond, the staff at Broadstone Waterfront has been nothing but helpful and amazing. Ashley, who helped us through the whole process was absolutely class. Corina and Lexis at the front desk made the move-in easy as well as helping navigate maintenance issues we had. Moving across the country we wanted a place that felt like home and Broadstone has made that happen. We love living here and honestly can't imagine living anywhere else. We frequent the shops and restaurants along the waterfront and love the community.
