Very nice area, staff are great, just overall a nice place to live! Amazing location if you like shopping or are working remote…coffee shop literally a few steps from the front door and everything is walking distance.

Love this property. Staff is fabulous, property is well maintained and I have never heard my neighbors on either side or below me. Work orders are always done quickly and efficiently.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter with Jessica Tolento, and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and warmth. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, answering all of my questions with clarity and insight. She took the time to walk me through every detail and made sure I had all the information I needed. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made the experience not only informative but also enjoyable. Great place Very accommodating They listen to your needs and are very helpful I’m very happy and satisfied It’s quiet and kept very clean. Maintenance is helpful and the staff in the office are great.

Overall great experience the year I’ve lived here and highly recommend (I renewed). Only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is that certain entrance areas like the back doors being broken/stuck or the garage gates being broken … it’s been easily over a month if not longer before they’ve been fixed. I have also gone to more than 1 of the restaurants where they say we have a discount as a resident, where they didn’t honor it and didn’t know what I was talking about.

Overall great experience and very motivated staff: maintenance department does great and are very quick to solve ironies. Great location to many shops and dining.

We have lived at the Broadstone for six years off and on. What draws us back is the location, reasonable rates, no parking fees, and a nice facility. The rental application was easy . We are looking forward to returning.

I moved from out of town and the lease experience and walk through was fantastic. I was able to have all my questions answered quickly and was able to move in a timely manner. I like the lobby and how it is set up to watvch television and use WIFi until mine is set up.

Great place to live! Love the amenities and the leasing staff is kind and helpful. The private parking lot makes me very secure about parking my car safely.

Really do enjoy living here! Nice amenities, great staff and love the location. Right in Scottsdale Quarter and never gets too loud! Love being able to just walk down, get a coffee, or at night just walk down and go to the nice restaurants/bars that are right there!

Amenities are great. There have recently been some vandalism and plumbing issues related to the hot water. The staff is responsive and throws great events.

Really enjoy the area the nice views and the friendly people in the area at my place. I’m glad I chose Broadstone. I would recommend this apartment to friends or family

overall it’s been great! i love how close it is to everything. i had one issue so far with my washer and after waiting for 3 days went into their office, then they came and got it fixed the next day. i’m happy i chose broadstone!

We are in our third year here as residents of the BSQ. Overall the experience has been very positive. The staff is great.. available, attentive, and professional. My issues have always been related to security concerns. - garage acces - south entrance door being propped open with a rock when residents move in or out and entry being accessible to anyone walking by. I also would like stronger enforcement of: - pet policy - after hours noise The building is very clean.. The elevators are out of service too often.. Fire Alarm occasionally in the middle of the night.. though not so much recently.

This place is a well oiled machine! Move in was seamless, and the maintenance of this place is top of the line. I’ve lived a few other places but truly nothing has been this great of an experience!

I've had a great experience living in this apartment complex and would rate it four stars! The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes errands and commuting a breeze. The complex itself is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities, like the pool, gym, and communal spaces, add so much to the living experience. The management team is responsive and usually quick to address any maintenance requests, which is a huge plus. Neighbors are friendly, and there’s a nice sense of community here without feeling too intrusive. I also appreciate the pet-friendly policy, as it’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets. The only reason for not giving five stars is occasional noise from surrounding units, which can be a bit distracting at times. Overall, though, it’s a comfortable, pleasant place to live, and I’d highly recommend it!

Great apartment! I’ve lived here a year and a half and would recommend. Awesome having the Quarter below as well for easy dining and food options! Renovations happening now to improve out of home spaces which is great.

Nice place. Management is always quick to address any issues. Great location with restaurants all close by. App makes it easy to pay rent or request service appointment. Management also has monthly events for tenants. Overall great place

While not without issues, overall I have enjoyed my residency in the BSQ. An excellent Scottsdale location, comfortable, accommodating, amenities, and a responsive and attentative staff.

The staff were wonderful for the past two years! We lived there for 4 great years but had to move on to a bigger place for our growing family. The price is appropriate for the location, being right in Scottsdale Quarter was such a treat for this chapter for us. They just upgraded the clubhouse and started running some awesome resident events the last 6 months we were there, which is also a great amenity for new residents. Enjoy!

Amazing staff! Highly recommend Scottsdale quarter. They make everything buttery smooth. Especially love the gril and pool area, they have made a community you don’t find everywhere.

Living in broadstone has been extremely welcoming to my fiancé and I! We absolutely love the amenities offered here and the easy adjustment to calling it home.

Apartment is great. Garage is very convenient especially living in a hot state. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is very helpful if there’s ever any issues.

I have lived here over 3 years and absolutely love it! We are excited to finally be seeing some new updates and upgrades happening around the building.

I had high hopes when moving into BSSQ and while there were some positives, the negatives outweighed those tremendously. Positives 1. Location 2. Friendly residents 3. Unit finishes- updated/modernized Negative 1. Do NOT rent unit 1017. It sits directly above the trash compactor which you will hear pounding through the floor at ALL hours of the day and you will be woken up by it almost every day between 4:30am and 5:30 AM. It’s loud, disturbing, disrupts your sleep, mental well being and if you work from home- good luck. The compactor pounding goes on for 15+ minutes at a time…around the clock …and there is supposedly no way to “fix” it and/or regulate when it runs. No fan, sound machine, tv or ear plugs will drown out the pounding. I tried to get out of my lease due to this but it was deemed “normal apartment noise”. The only solution given was to move units, pay a higher rent and sign a new 12-14 month lease or pay $7000-$8000 to break my lease. The lack of concern and care from BSQ/Greystar management was so disappointing. This was not disclosed to me when moving in and made my experience living at BSQ pretty miserable. I hope no one has to endure what I did. 2. Elevators often out of service and the “parts are ordered and waiting for service” 3. Maintenance requests - SLOW and/or non responsive. I waited two days to have my fire alarms batteries replaced and ended up fixing my own closet rods that broke because I did not get a response of any kind for over a week (despite many follow up attempts) 4. Horrible dog urine smell outside the south entrance doors - no matter the season. 5. Do NOT rent a unit on the south side of the building- the amount of trucks, deliveries , noise is unbelievable. I have never lived in a louder environment. 6. Security- the residential entrance doors on the south side of the building have so many issues and were unlocked many times and it would take days to be fixed. Not acceptable when living in a high traffic area. 7. Poorly insulated especially floor/ceiling. My fan would shake when my upstairs neighbor would walk around. 8. Hallways REAK of marijuana

BSQ is a great community, and in a PRIME location. I have been very happy here overall and recommend it to others. However, unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience as of recent times with some neighbors being very loud on quiet hours, and disrupting my sleep.

The 24/7 pool and hottub is our favorite amenity. The hottub has had a lot of issues over the last year which has been unfortunate. I love the community events too!

Tania has been great and very responsive! Questions get answered quickly and effectively. Looking forward to moving into my new home here soon!

This building is expensive because it's centrally located. However, it is poorly maintained and operated. In the 8 months that I lived here, there were 4 fire alarms in the middle of the night (usually 1 am), the hot tub heater was broken for 4 months, and the elevators on one end of the building went down for a total of 4 weeks. This is insane for a building where the rents are this high. They can do better and so can you.

Amazing building, staff goes above and beyond from the leasing office to maintenance. Incredibly friendly, safe, clean and quiet building. Perfect for working professionals. If I could change one thing, it would be to get some new gym equipment - more machines would be incredible :)

The “secure” parking structure was burglarized and my vehicle was vandalized. Others were impacted too. The manager refuses to discuss it as he is too busy to be bothered. Greystar won’t even answer the phone. Just messages. The place is terrible. Smells of marijuana and is very noisy.

The Broadstone is centrally located and comfortable

By far, my favorite apartment complex that I have lived at. Extremely clean and modern with the ability to walk to the Scottsdale quarter and Kierland commons for easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The pool is the absolute best in the summer time during the Arizona heat! It also has the best views from the pool overlooking the mountains! love it!
