Broadstone Inkwell is a friendly and communal property located in the heart of downtown. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Their attention to detail and ability to meet the needs of their residents is what sold my partner and I who had been shopping around for places in the surrounding neighborhood. Eldon is fantastic and maintained communication throughout the process - from the application until we moved-in, which was a month later. There is so much to do & explore in the area, which is fascinating as someone new to Long Beach.

Moving to Long Beach was a big change for me and it was important for me to feel a sense of community. In chose Broadstone Inkwell because of the trendy kitchen/bathroom finish options, the large windows, and the staff who have been on top of my needs. If I have to leave my building, there are so many walkable options. The vibe is great, there is always music playing and clean amenities to use. I can always count on the management team for recommendations and assistance in getting adjusted. I’m very excited to start fresh in a new city living here at Broadstone Inkwell.

Living at Broadstone Inkwell has been amazing. Eldon in the leasing office made everything so easy and he provided so much information. The apartment is beautiful, high tech, and the community amenities are awesome. Moving in was effortless and the whole process was smoother than any other experience I’ve had before. This has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in after renting for the last years. Highly recommend living here.

Broadstone Inkwell Long Beach is the best property in the nicest part of town. Brand new, close to everything, convenient location, parking, and amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the unit is awesome. Open, airy, bright, and comfortable. The price is right too. Right in the middle in terms of price, so moving into a new building was an easy decision for me.

Recently came by for a tour and the location is unbeatable - nestled in the heart of the city, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The team behind Broadstone Inkwell is simply amazing - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. But what truly stole my heart was the captivating art scattered throughout the community, adding a touch of creativity and inspiration to every corner. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and surrounded by beauty. I can't recommend Inkwell enough - five stars all the way!"
