Broadstone Inkwell is a friendly and communal property located in the heart of downtown. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Their attention to detail and ability to meet the needs of their residents is what sold my partner and I who had been shopping around for places in the surrounding neighborhood. Eldon is fantastic and maintained communication throughout the process - from the application until we moved-in, which was a month later. Moving to Long Beach was a big change for me and it was important for me to feel a sense of community. In chose Broadstone Inkwell because of the trendy kitchen/bathroom finish options, the large windows, and the staff who have been on top of my needs. If I have to leave my building, there are so many walkable options. The vibe is great, there is always music playing and clean amenities to use. Broadstone Inkwell Long Beach is the best property in the nicest part of town. Brand new, close to everything, convenient location, parking, and amenities.
