I don't know where the other Renters live that gave them good reviews but the Office Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The Unit has several problems that have yet to be resolved. There are people washing cars in the parking lot, this is the Hood and not Luxury living, don't sign a lease here.

Overall, the staff is very pleasant, rent and their annual increase seems to be within reason if you take advantage of any early bird renewals. The property is pet friendly, and have pet stations located on both sides of the property (toward the center - though I wish they would provide a few alone the obscure paths that go around the buildings). Overall, I am a happy, long-term resident of the community and have no major complaints.

BGA management does a great job of keeping the tenants informed of what's happening on the property and the surrounding areas. They host multiple events/parties to help build community relations, and the addition of food trucks in the evenings is an awesome way to help families Thanks for all you do.
If you are just looking for a place to live this is your place. These apartments are disgusting. They will take your money before you move in and you will be in a infested dirty apartment. That maintenance cannot attend to your needs because they’re understaffed at moment. I recommend going somewhere else and saving you a headache.

So far it hasn't been very good. Cheap wall paint, paint splashes on floors, cupboard vinyl peeling off near stove, cracked granite counter, mildew smells under bathroom sink. Spider crawling down from vents, closet wall shelves make it impossible to move clothes, loud noise from bar behind apartments. People unwilling to throw their trash in the dumpster and leave it outside the dumpster. Gym needs new equipment, very outdated and boxing systems never works. The pool always looks dirty. No.hooks for towels near sinks, the grills are disgusting outside and broken. Need a play area for kids in the complex. Super high rent.

Three bedroom apartment is amazing love every bit of it! The amenities are great too especially the gym and pool. The signing up process to be a resident was easy and hassle free. Don’t believe the bad reviews this place is awesome!

Enjoying staying in this community. It's a perfection location, with access to IH-35, toll roads and major shopping centers. Pet-friendly community, 24 hour access to the gym and access to a club house. Very friendly office staff.
I absolutely love my apartment complex! They have an amazing pool,gym,and community center that we can use at anytime. There is also numerous amazing elementary schools that are right around the corner! My son(who has some special needs) use to get bullied at our previous apartment complex,but the staff makes sure that that doesn't happen! I am so grateful as a single mother that the rent is affordable :)
