I have been trying to reach someone on the phone every day for a week. In addition to the automated system that requires you to leave a message and wait for a call back, (a call I never received, btw), the one time that I did get an actual person on the phone, she was very rude and started talking about me “asking all these questions” to her coworker(s) while I was still on the phone! I would rather live in a cardboard box on the street than to have these rude/unprofessional people managing any property I live at!

Roach infestation like I’ve never witnessed in my life. Horrible up keep on units. When it rains outside it rains inside. No promises in the lease have been upheld. Period don’t waste your money.

I have had a wonderful experience here at Broadmoore Gardens. The staff works very hard to make the residents happy. They have fixed any problem that I have had in a timely fashion. The property manager has had no problem with meeting with me personally to answer any questions that I've had and to listen to and help resolve any problems. The staff is amazing and you can really tell that they are working to improve the property every single day. I would (and have) recommended Broadmoore Gardens to friends.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I PICKED UP MY KEYS AND MY ROOM DOOR DID NOT EVEN HAVE A DOOR KNOB! I OPENED MY REFRIGERATOR AND ROACHES CAME OUT. I OPENED MY OVEN AND THERE WERE DEAD ROACHES! WHEN I MOVED MY REFRIGERATOR ROACHES RAN EVERYWHERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I have lived here a few months. Since I moved in I have experienced various issues with the apartment unit and the staff. I have had to call the police on my rowdy neighbors because the security that works here is unable to do their job. The office staff are all useless when it comes to solving problems. I have called to report serious issues within my apartment unit and some of the office workers lied to me (by saying that the issue was being resolved although Nobody had been to even look at the unit) just so she could go home . This is unacceptable and I would not ever recommend this facility to anyone.

I have been living here a year and have had no issues with the neighbors or management. Since I have been here any issues I have had has been quickly resolved. They even had a guy come out in the middle of the night to fix my AC! Additionally, the new management has taken the initiative to repave the parking lot and install new mailboxes. Also, over the last few months the new management has really tried to make it more fun to live there. They held a pool party with free food/drinks which I had a lot of fun at. Also, I got home one night and they were doing a movie night for the kids. I saw they had free popcorn, didn't get any though :(

I can't wait to hit the pool! Moving in soon. My cuz is totally jealous that my place has a new kitchen and clean floors! Thanks guys for all the help in getting me into my new place - yeah!

I love hearing and seeing all the kids having fun on the playgrounds. It has made the summer better for us and the large grass areas are a great space to relax in or just to be outdoors with pets or hang with friends. I can't wait for the Olympics - we'll be having our own relays on the field - ha! The pool is another bonus here too.

I love living at Broadmoore! The staff is so friendly even the manager came to make sure my outlets were fixed and the maintenance guys are so nice!! It is actually really quiet around here. They are having a movie night on a big projector screen outside my apartment this weekend. Im loving it!

Bad neighborhood, trash everywhere, people hanging out and fighting. No one in office knows what they are doing. All the other reviews are fake, they pay residents to write them. Nothing is renovated, all they did was put in cheap carpet and light fixtures. Save your money and time. New name but it's still Landmark.

I have lived here for 3 years and honestly I was planning on moving when my lease was up. But now there is a new owner and new people n the office and I have seen a real change on the property over the last couple of months. We now have security 24 hours every day and the problems have dropped. I have been moved into a new upgraded apartment with new carpet and new appliances. I have never had a roach problem but I know we now have pest control every week. The manager also does inspections of the apartments so that helps too as well as regular trash pickup around the grounds. I see a better day ahead for Broadmoore Gardens and people should give it a chance. Best rent too.

I moved to Broadmoore Gardens almost a year ago. The apartments have a ROACH INFESTATION no matter how many times they have the bug people come spray it does nothing... Their is Gang Activities no a safe place to raise children. Unless you want to run from BULLETS....... NEVER HAVE I BEEN IN THIS SITUATION CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP....

I like it here. When I first moved in here there were less people living here than there are now, but the management has also changed. There has been many improvements during the last few months and I think it's nice. Hopefully I'll move into a newly remodeled unit as I continue to remain a resident. I also appreciate being able to share my sentiments regarding it. Thank you,

I think the renovations are great! From bringing the pool back to the new management team, everything is going good. I do think we could use more security, but other than that....Great Job Broadmoore Gardens!

I am a resident at Broadmoore gardens and I have been living here for 3 years and I love it. the people here are wonderful and the service is great when you need assistance on your apartment. They keep it very clean and they stay with fixing them up. I love staying here its just a wonderful environment to live in. The office and maintenance staff are hard at work to get things done.

I think that the staff is really nice and were very helpful. I would recommend anyone to rent from them.
