I think you as a management staff are great! You have been very responsive and great to work with. The community overall is great. My only complaint would be the lack of common courtesy that some residents display in terms of noise level and picking up after their dogs or cats. I'm not sure what more could be done than actually installing cameras and fining residents.

Broadleaf is a pet friendly community with updated apartments and great amenities (a gym, a pool, and a barbecue are). The landscaping is well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive.

I am extremely satisfied where I have decided to reside! I am absolutely in love with the grayscale features inside my unit and fireplace. I can see myself residing here for much longer than the 15 month lease in which I signed! I feel that the rent is extremely priced correctly for the community. I adore the caretaking of this community as well as the security. Everything is always in working condition. There is always plenty of parking near each unit. My move-in process and application process was so easy and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just moved in not too long ago but my experience so far has been great. The community is nice and so are the people that live here. A lot of things within walking distance also grocery stores, department stores, etc. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone and everyone.

The entire process from starting the application to getting the keys took a week, it was quick and efficient ! The application was easy to understand and the property manager definitely answered our questions and was extremely kind. One of the best move in processes I have had! When it comes to issues such as maintenance they take care of it within a reasonable timeframe (1-3 days) of course higher priority needs are taken care of rather quickly. They seem to be genuinely invested in making sure while you’re living here it is a good experience!
I’ve been a resident for a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about Broadleaf. I’ve always had a great experience with staff and I have continued to recommend Broadleaf to family and friends who are looking for a new place to live.

Best apartment complex we've lived in, and we have lived in many! We've moved 5 times in the last 4 years, and Broadleaf is the most impressive with its organization, management, timeliness. Very rare for a housing business.
This is an excellent place to live. The apartments are maintained, spacious and beautiful. Love the large patio. Issues are fixed quickly.
Maintenance is so kind and respectful as well as timely. Even when you're not all put together and the mistake was yours they are extremely nice about it. I really appreciate them.
Broadleaf is a great all around complex to live in! Its in a great neighborhood, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The complex itself is kept in good shape and very well maintained. The rooms and floorpan is very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our new home!
The apartment is nice and management is rresponsive when you ask for repairs. However, you should expect to deal with cockroaches straight away and the price exceeds the value. if you are applying ahead of time it will be difficult to get your application reviewed in a timely manner.

For many years I have found that Broadleaf has welcomed both families and professionals. This is a nice, quiet place to live if you want an environment such as this.

I enjoy the park-like qualities of the grounds. The staff both in the office and for maintenance are efficient and friendly. My unit is extremely well laid out and far larger than most apartments I've rented in the past.

Broadleaf is in a very nice neighborhood. It's quiet and you feel safe to take long walks. The noise is very low so that you can get a good night sleep. You have access to the I-5 freeway, three major supermarkets (Bel-Air, the Nugget, and Smart & Final. A bus stop with-in walking distance. I love the indoors laundry rooms in the apartments, very convenience.

Whenever I have family & friends come by to visit ~ the first thing everyone says "How beautiful Broadleaf is, as you drive up to the property". Broadleaf is very classy place. I receive comments all the time how Broadleaf is like little in a "mini" house. Very nice.

The walls are thin, which can be an issue, but the staff is nice and its super convenient to everything. I wish the pool was heated but overall a nice place to live. Rent is reasonable.

Great community. Management is upfront but they have the best hospitality I've dealt with in Sacramento. Amenities and just feeling good about living here.

Broadleaf is a wonderful place to live! I couldnt have chosen a better place to call home. I love the high ceilings, Fireplace, crown molding, updated amenities. not to mention that huge floor plans and wonderful staff in office.
I love the location as it is tucked away from everything and everyone. The fact that the gate stays locked is a big plus for me as I am coming from loving in a house and am used to privacy and security. The community is very neat and kept clean. So far, it has been a really good experience.
I as a tenant enjoy my stay here peaceful clean nature community I would recommend this a place to call Home Weather its short term or long term: the staff very Helpful my time here has been Great no major issues
I've lived in this community for almost 10 years and it is a wonderful place to call home. The amenities are great, the location is perfect and the staff has always been very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
