Property Ratings at Brittany Springs Apartments
New staff is terrible. Especially management. Get ready to receive 100s of emails about rules and regulations. You can’t walk into the gym with outdoor shoes. (Um your gym sucks). Don’t use the racketball court too long.(your rackeball court is always empty). Pay your your utility bills. (Thank you captain obvious)...and on and on and on... such an unfriendly environment. You walk into the lobby and the staff hardly wants to say hello. Please teach your employees the importance of good customer service. Start doing the following. 1. When a resident walks through the door, get off your butts and say hello. 2. Thank your residents for choosing your community. (They have manny choices) 3. Smile (you may have a bad day, don't take it out on the resident) 4. Be genuine (Show that you truly want to be there for the residents) 5. Ask if there is anything else you can do for them, and mean it. I've been a resident here for over 10 years. This is the most unfriendly manager and staff I've ever encountered. I will have a really hard time renewing my lease again simply because of the staff. This is a great community. A great location. Awesome amenities. Please train your staff so that your residents can continue to enjoy living here.

This place is a complete waste of your money. Rude management, dirty fitness center, Club house office feels sterile and staff are rude. Property needs to be cleaned up, buildings need to be updated. Management is the worst part of this complex. Renters should not have to deal with inhospitable, bully type property management. Rent elsewhere!

It's a nice quiet neighborhood and the apartments are spacious/cozy. We were very sold after visiting and felt this was the right place. Apartment community has plenty of amenities such as a pool, tennis court, courtyard, fitness facility, etc. It is very well maintained, and staff seems quite helpful. Neighbors are also very friendly and it's a nice community to be part of. The location is also great, close to many shops and restaurants.
Our apartment is such a wonderful place and a great deal. The apartment layouts definitely do feel like they are the square footage advertised unlike many of the other apartment communities in the area, very homey with a modern feel, and very quiet, safe, relaxing, and friendly. I am so glad that we found Brittany Springs because it really is the best place we found to live out of the nearly 40 or so places we looked at in the neighborhoods of Naperville. The only issues were just that when we viewed the apartments for rent they only showed us the model and not the actual unit and things are a tiny bit different in actual apt but not much and still very close. If possible its best to see actual unit to be rented to get a feel for the actual layout, amenities, and location. Also, ask for Heidi as she is probably one of the most helpful office managers there. You will get good service if you do, but you need to ask for help its not immediately offered always.
Spacious apartments with a lot of room to roam outdoors, as well. The comlex is complete with a courtyard with a playground and tennis courts. The club house offers a business center w/ a conference room, an outdoor and indoor pool w/ hot tub. There is also a workout room, racquetball court and free yoga classes weekly. The best part of living here, are the resident appreciation parties. Never a dull moment when you party with the ladies in the front office. Free food and giveaways that can off-set your rent for a month or more.
