Bristol Square Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This apartment complex has a serious roach infestation! You pay for pest control but they rarely come. If you complain the maintenance guy will come spray but it makes the situation worse. I am moving out and will have to throw out a majority of my furniture because I don't want to bring the roaches with me. The laundry room is even infested and roaches will crawl out of the machines. The buildings are old and falling apart. The continually raise rent but do nothing to improve the units or property. They put sticker flooring down and paint the walls but thats the renovations. It is pet friendly which I love but most of the people don't pick up after their pets. They have small dog park that has so much poop in it that you won't want to let your dog run around in it. Stay away from this apartment complex!!!!

This place is terrible. As a current resident of 5+ years it has done nothing but go downhill. The pipes flood. maintenance takes forever to do anything. The cockroaches are here to stay. They do "pest control" once every few months but it does nothing. Current residents are being pushed out so they can upcharge new residents for these terrible apartments. They refuse to do any real improvements on apartments they are already leased basically forcing tenants out. Management has changed hands 5 times in the last 8 months. A new company buys this place realizes how bad they are then sells. Do NOT recommend.

Leaks on and off for 1.5yrs, no maintenence, takes forever for anything to get temporarily fixed. 20yr old hot water heater with nasty stagnant water, black drips from air vents, mold in bathroom and hall closet, half the outlets dont work the ones that do spark half the time when something is plugged in. Management tries to add little things to make it look somewhat better. Until water pipes and electrical, the major things are fixed its never going to be any better. They have put new doors up at building entrance yet they don't stay shut there's no handle, it's been at least a month since those were put up. New lights, door handles, faucets were added a few months ago, all crooked or falling down now. You don't like the way things are handled theyll just tell you to move.

Worse place I've ever lived . Infestations, poor ownership, raised rent 30 plus percent in a year. Old nasty moldy outdated apartments. Really just bad . Go to public housing instead (probably cleaner). Also probably safer and healthier....less mold . This is not a review from someone disgruntled....not evicted etc, just a warning.

I viewed the area and manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am excited to be able to lease in near future. It’s like a small community.

My brother lived here and it was always nice and quite any time that I was there which was daily since I walked his fur babie while he was at work. Neighbors are friendly. Rent is really reasonable. Lots of extra parking for visitors. Playground and parking lot is cleaned daily. Management, maintenance, and laundromat on premises. Located within minutes of store, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. Lots of room to take an evening stroll, or to walk your fur babie. Repair are taken care of promptly. The manager and maintenance man are both friendly and helpfull. I would live here or recommend it to my friends, and family.

The back of the building needs more security, there are cameras in front but not back. I have had my tags stolen and my packages.

These are nice apartments, but older. Although I love the brand new apartments being built with granite and all of the perks, these are nice for the price you pay. The apartments are well maintained, and the new owners have done a lot to improve the property and make it look nicer. The staff is easy to work with and maintenance guys always respond to requests and things get fixed within a day or so. Overall, good location, nice community, fairly quiet and quint, and easy to get to highways and shopping. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice clean place for not a lot of money monthly.

We have lived here for 10 years. It takes forever and a day to get things fixed. Our bathroom shower leaked for three weeks before someone came to fix it and we ended up with a 400.00 electric bill because of it. And now there's permanent mold in that area of the apartment. We're currently looking for a new place. We have reached our limit with this place.
