The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bristol Ridge
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS ABOVE YOU 24:7!!!!! These apartments are nice but don’t let that fool you. The ceilings & walls are THIN as crap. You could literally hear a pen drop , not kidding. We’ve had issues with noise since we moved here & I’ve never ever had that issue at any other apartment!!!! All I hear all day are my neighbors running a freaking marathon upstairs. The complex itself is nice, yes. BUT the inside of the apartments are LOUD. Don’t don’t don’t!! Go somewhere else!!! The noise is not worth your sanity to be honest.
Maintenance is poor. My upstairs neighbors had a leaky pipe which seemed to be dripping down my walls in the guest bathroom so I called maintenance and had them take a look at it and they said something was definitely wrong and they’d send plaster people in to come and fix it after they had poked at their pipes. Plaster people never came! My AC also went out so I contacted emergency maintenance and they claimed to have fixed the issue but for some reason the thermostat is reading 81 inside while the temperature outside is about 76. Funny. Not to mention they use cheap things here, including cheap paint. Every time you spill something on a wall it stains. Also nobody likes the group emails that are really just meant for certain residents.
I’ve been here going on 2 months and this is the best place I have ever stayed. The grounds are very well kept and maintained. Maintenance responds in a reasonable time. Most people are very friendly. There is also large dog community here. The amenities are great. Multiple grill stations, several gated dog parks, heated indoor pool, game room, playground eg. I really like it here only complaint is I wish the front gate was operating.
I wrote a review about this place and my first review was deleted for what ever reasons. I would like to start off by saying the Apartment floor plan is awesome along with the nice list of amenities. But this is where the complex is lacking. Supposed to be a gated community but the pole is broke more times than it’s working so anybody could drive in anytime. The one and only pool (indoor heated), the heater has been broke since the beginning of April. There is only 2 dumpsters for approximately 240 apartments which seem to either be full or break down every weekend which causes a pile up of trash outside of the dumpsters. They have a no personal grill policy on the property and supplied 3 pellet grills to be used by those 240 apartments which randomly may not work. And for the noise, if you have upstairs families with small children or barking dogs, you will hear the them. The staff and maintenance are very pleasant and has to deal with allot of issues
The staff is very friendly and the amenities are amazing, it is like being at a small resort. Because of the fact that the complex is new, I had the opportunity to pick my own apartment...the application process was seamless and they take into consideration more of your rental history, background and income rather than just a number on your score. I am familiar with the area off of Exit 11 and it is a great area and I am pleased that I stumbled upon the property while accessing my storage in the area and we are glad we will be calling Bristol Ridge home!
