Nestled in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains, just north of the University of Texas at El Paso campus, Mission Hills South is a beautiful suburban neighborhood. It is located on the north end of the university, providing residents fast access to the Sun Bowl Stadium and Don Haskins Center. North Mesa Street, which serves as the western border, features a variety of diverse eateries, bars, specialty shops, and more.
Mission Hills South residents enjoy visiting Mission Hills Park, located in the center of the neighborhood. This park offers a playground, a walking path, tennis courts, and a basketball court. A trail runs through the neighborhood and outdoor hobbies like hiking, mountain biking, and camping are very popular since there are several green spaces nearby, including the Franklin Mountains State Park. If you plan on commuting to Downtown El Paso from your Mission Hills South Apartment, the city is about two miles south and can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

Property Ratings at Brisa Apartments & Storage
All the great reviews belong to Mountaindale Apts (these apartments’ former name) and the former manager. It’s been sold and is now it’s Brisa Apts. They got rid of trash containers and there’s always trash in the parking lot and it is disgusting! Also, now under Brisa apartments, they’re on their second manager, and both have been awful. When the office is closed: there is no emergency repair contact number, the phone gets disconnected, and there is no way to leave a message.
The manager was very kind to us, helpful and informative.

This has been one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The staff is very responsive and nice. any issues are resolved quickly. I can't recommend Mountaindale enough!
It was a great stay at Mountaindale a apartment. Felt like home and the managers were all friendly and nice.
The apartments are affordable and decent but not of quality. This includes the fitness and recreation and outdoor place. The place runs on the small side and the units look like they are affordable. They do not have 24 hour emergency maintenance. You can’t contact anyone after 5pm. The staff is nice enough, however rent prices suspiciously rose in time to make our 1 year discount redundant when we renewed the lease.
I've been living at Mountaindale Apartments for the last 4 years and all I can say is that I love this place. Well distributed and spacious apartments with outstanding amenities, including free cable. Located just a few of blocks away from a bus stop, very close to a grocery store, and also the University of Texas at El Paso. Furthermore, the staff is friendly, professional, and very considerate. I am proud to recommend these apartments!

I have been living here for about a year and it has been awesome. Rent price is perfect compared to UTEP dorm I used to live in. And my neighborhood is very quite.
I have been living in this apartment for the past seven years. Management staffs are very friendly, courteous and they respond to concerns/complaints promptly. Great place to live in.
Apartments are in a convenient area on Mesa. However their Property Manager, Carmela, is the most difficult person to work with. Things do not get fixed on time. I have had a leak since I moved in. Every time I call her, she is bother and acts like I have never told her. She does not care about her tenants!! NOT A PERSONABLE PERSON! As soon as my lease is up, I'm out of there!!!
This apartment complex is everything you could ask for! It is one of the few complexes in El Paso that offers all utilities included in the rent amount, even electricity! The units are also spacious, plenty of room for the furniture you want. Not a lot of kitchen space, but it works. It's very quiet here, you can hear the crickets chirping.
Me and my wife have been living here for about a year and it has been great. Rent price is perfect and neighborhood is good. Management is very professional, nice, and attentive towards their residents.
