Property Ratings at Brioso at the Bridges
If you want headaches then this is the place for you. With a revolving door of property managers, management companies, maintenance staff, leasing agents, nobody ever knows what’s going on. It’s not maintained to any standard, and you will end up chasing your money no matter what you sign. These people don’t pay attention to anything but taking your money. Much nicer units at lower prices in surrounding areas… do not move here.

Brandon did an excellent job helping me move in. All staff have been a great on helping with any questions. The apartments are beautiful some of the nicest in town i seen before making my decision.
Brandon helped me understand and process an application so well the apartments are so clean and the tour was amazing!
Brioso’s living apartments has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to make it my home thanks to Brandon and Andy at the front office.

My family and I moved into our new place here at Brioso. We couldn't be happier. The staff here is wonderful. I was concerned about being a first time renter but Brandon changed that. He's absolutely amazing to work with, he took the time to listen and put me at ease. I can't thank him enough! It's hard to find property management with great customer service. It can definitely make or break people's experiences in choosing their next home. I intend to renting for many years and will be recommending their properties.
Didn’t know what to expect but was amazed! The property and apartments were beautiful. Everyone was kind and Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable took the time to answer our questions.

Not only is this place beautiful, but has dry/washer included which is so hard to come by! Brandon who showed us around was very knowledgeable and made the walk through a breeze.
This property is beautiful with spacious stand alone units. All appliances are brand new due to this being a brand new complex. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during my tour and I am very excited to be moving here. Thank you Matt for being patient with the many questions!

Great, staffing and homes, great pricing on 2 and 3 beds and works for customers not themselves.
