Poor attention is delayed in solving a problem, the staff treats badly when you make a complaint, they are very strict for your benefit but when they have to solve a problem they are not
The staff is cooperative and willing to help. Brooke, the manager, is conscientious and helpful. The maintenance generally gets to the repairs in a reasonable time. They are doing a lot of updates and clean up. I feel like I live in a safe environment. Conveniently located to shopping and eating establishments.
The ladies at this community have gone above and beyond to help us with an apartment. We are glad to be living here. Thanks-Amy Reed-Global Corporate Accommodations
