The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brierwood Point Apartments
Our experience of this apartment complex was nothing short of a nightmare! On July 30, my daughter was approved for an apartment at this complex. Move in date was for Saturday, August 16. I was told to bring a money order for deposit and prorated rent on that day.I was told I would get a phone call and the apartment should be ready by August 8. I did not receive a phone call when I called. There was no answer. I left multiple messages on a voicemail and I communicated through email no response when we get to the apartment complex on Friday, August 15. There’s a note on the leasing office door stating that this office is temporarily closed. I saw and spoke with someone that works there. I was told the apartment was not ready for my daughter to move into the person that I did speak with tried to help us. However, I could not leave my daughter in the condition that apartment was in. So $160 down the drain even though that may not be a lot to some people it is a lot to me especially right now because my daughter is in college. I did read the reviews for this apartment complex online for submitting my rental application. All of the reviews were positive now I feel those reviews are lies and made up. This apartment complex is in horrible shape. If I can give zero stars, I would!!!!
just amazing place to stay. customer service is good
The apartment complex is spacious and clean. The staff and the apartment complex manager Jakeysa was very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I called she assisted me and when I got there she assisted me. She was very patient also.
Management nice and responsive . Always communicates with me on work orders
I usually don’t write reviews but in this instance i had to. They will leave you without basic needs for living for months( i.e. Air conditioning/ Heating) and not make any accommodations to make up for their mediocrity at all. The property management is ever changing and so is the maintenance crew. If you can afford a little more i strongly advise to move else where.
I recently moved here and I am pleased to say that I've had excellent service. The management company responds to maintenance request and resolved any issues I had quickly. I noticed that they've started renovations for the property to clean up the pool for the summer and I personally cannot wait to take my kids down swim. Very excited and happy!
