Property Ratings at Bridgeway Apartments II
We've been living here for 2 years and we really love living here we love the security not only inside of our apartment but also that is around the apartment complex. We like how they answer all of our questions and concerns that we may have. The maintenance crew is so kind and always say hello if we see them around. We like the girls in the front office Karen Hailey and Emily they are so sweet and kind. We love how they do events and make sure that their residents have a good time and enjoy ourselves.
I was trying to rent an apartment there and it took them 2 and a half weeks (right at my move in date) for them to tell me that my application was denied. Mind you I was calling them periodically for those two and a half weeks. The communication was horrible. Imagine if I needed assistance in the apartment….would it take them 2 weeks to get back to me??? Just shameful.
This property feels like home more and more each day. Conveniently located in Lafayette, this apartment complex has it all. The grounds are so well kept and maintenance is always there when needed. Could not ask for a better management staff to be here.
The apartment complex is very strict When it comes to the safety of their residents.Very lovable and are very concerning they do not play whatsoever when it comes to their Residents. They are also very strict when it comes to how clean their Complex is which is very good for people who have kids. They have their pool cleaned every single day. They also cut their grass every single week which is very good for people who have pets Their maintenance also works very fast when it comes to fixing amenities inside of the apartment And the staff inside of the office is just absolutely amazing and sweet miss Ms.Veronica and Ms.Samantha are very interested in adhering people whenever it comes to anything going wrong whether it's with tenants or the workers or even guest they always make sure that everybody is happy and content.
We are still waiting on our refund from them. They are quick to take your money but giving it back is a problem. I called couple times and they hang up the phone on me. That's so disrespectful!
Don’t waste your time. The staff is extremely rude and isn’t helpful at all. If you can live somewhere else, choose another option.
Management are hard to deal with. I had to fight them every step of the way to ensure my deposit was refunded. While living there, they were super unhelpful and sarcastic. Rent also increased dramatically when they came in. Look elsewhere for southern comfort
The apartment complex clean and very quiet. I wouldn’t mind staying back here . Apartments is big inside and lots of space.
I advice you unless this is your last option and you are in a bind, as I was, do not live here. My sink and toilet had leaks that were never fixed. The front door was broken, unless you locked the door it would swing open on it's own. The dishwasher never worked, it could only heat dry. After the fire extinguisher was taken to be replaced, I never received a replacement and spent the rest of my time without one. I was told I would be getting a free carpet cleaning as a perk for renewing my lease, however that also never happened. Finally, I had an issue with getting my deposit back after the apartment manager specifically informed me that I would receive it.
This apartment complex is conveniently located within short driving distances to everything important (Groceries, gyms, movie theater, mall, etc.). The townhouse has large spacious rooms and plenty of closet space. The living and den areas are also spacious. The kitchen is small but very comfortable with decent pantry space. The maintenance staff respond usually the same day for all complaints or repair requests. The apartment complex has two large pools that are kept decently clean with locking gates for safety. The apartment office staff are always there everyday of the week even on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a comfortable apartment complex that's located just outside of the center of the city and also within a good distance from the interstate for traveling.
the bridge-way apartments are very nice apartments the grounds are kept up and maintenance is pretty quick to fix any issues your having. the only down side I see to bridge-way is there are on the higher price point of the area.
All apartments have a certain feel, but its the environment and location that makes it home. With the perfect setting just at the edge of everything, what could be better than living in the "HAPPIEST" city in the world. Large rooms and amazing closet space sold me, the care of the property by staff is outstanding. Palm tree lined salt water pool never hurt anyone either. Dawn M, Lafayette LA
