Bridgewater Pointe Apartments

My husband and I moved into Bridgewater Point Apartments in December 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we met the landlord, we felt welcomed and immediately noticed how quiet, clean, and charming the complex was. Now that we've lived here for a couple of months, we can confidently say we absolutely love this place! The move-in experience was smooth and stress-free, and the amenities—especially the pool and gym—are perfect for our needs. Maintenance is outstanding; we've only had to request service twice (for the air conditioner and dishwasher), and both were fixed the same day! That level of responsiveness is hard to find. Security is also a big plus. We feel safe and secure here, and our neighbors are incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything we need. And when it comes to value for money, Bridgewater Point is unbeatable. Other places we looked at were charging $400–$500 more for the same square footage! One of our favorite things about living here is the abundance of wildlife. We love seeing ducks, squirrels, ibis, and even Egyptian ducks—it’s like living in a peaceful nature retreat! If you’re considering moving here, we highly recommend it.

Everyone has been very welcoming since we moved in, especially the staff. Any problems we’ve had were taken care of quickly, and the space is amazing. Great place to call home!

Moved in not too long ago. Nice location. Ana is amazing and maintenance is quick. This was my first apartment and I’m very happy with my decision.

I love living here its very quiet friendly staff if i need something fix they do it fast Ana is excellent friendly and is willing to go out of her way to make sure everything is good .....

We spent a lot of time with Ms. Ana and she was wonderful! Our son rented his first apartment and it is beautiful, updated and spacious. He moves in in April! Love the grounds and amenities. It was nice seeing the apt “raw “ and not staged. Thank you and feel very comfortable with my son’s first apt!

Prior to move in the whole apartment was re done from new floors and carpet to freshly painted walls all new appliances and much more. The property is very well kept up and the neighbors are excellent. The management team is on top of all request and work orders. Maintenance is amazing and there when you need him. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

I love living in this community, excellent staff members, I enjoy the monthly activities and I am very happy that the new owners have fixed the parking lot THANK YOU.

I stayed here a year ago and moved in and 2 days later it was under new ownership. The women who worked in the office when we signed the lease was great and helped us out a lot. The women that took over after tried taking advantage of us when we decided not to renew our lease. Essentially we only got back 50% of what we should have. Our lease said one thing, but when they took over there were new policies, so our binding lease was not honored. On top of that we felt like when we moved in it was a safe environment, but we noticed once they took over we didn’t feel as comfortable taking walks at night. I personally just think their only concern is making money off you and as much as they can. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

We have lived her for almost two years now and have to say we are very pleased with the property and management, they have worked very hard to turn this complex around and have done a very good job doing so. The complex is well located to restaurants, schools, beaches and down town shopping. A great place for empty nester's, retirees and business executives as well.

we LOVE it here. I can't say enough about it our grounds are always kept supper clean maintenance works so hard to keep it up. Never have i not had an issue taken care of. Management is the BEST Ana the propery manger treats us like royalty always greeted with a smile and felt like were family not just another tenant. Our apartment is great beautiful when we moved in everything was brand new from our appliances to the floors and beautiful granit counters and track lighting everything is modernized. The Gym has brand new equipment with water and towels provided. The pool is beautiful and outlooks the pond with ducks. Its a tropical paradise. Come see us we are a community..

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in they are rundown noisy lousy maintenance and management if you live here you will regret it visual of these apartments is deceptive don't be fooled.

We've lived here for two and a half years. We just went through a change of management, and we just love the new staff. Anything we need is taken care of immediately and Ana makes sure to have monthly get togethers for the entire community so everyone feels welcome. The local area is growing and luxury homes are being built right door to this apartment complex. Also, the buildings are set to be painted and the interiors are all being updated as people move out. These apartments are huge and for the price, are an amazing deal. Get on the waiting list. You won't be disappointed!!!

Although I will be moving back to my home state, I must say I will really miss living here! Bridgewater Pointe Apartments is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not only are the homes very large, but they are beautiful. The entire complex is like a tropical paradise and the management and maintenance team take excellent care of the development. If you have a maintenance issue, it will be taken care of immediately! The office manager is friendly and works harder than any manager I've ever seen. And....how about breakfasts in the morning, barbecues, pizza parties, wine and cheese get togethers.....definitely makes you feel like you are home!! You will love living here!!

This place is rundown overpriced major crime shooting and robberies within shouting distance. The people that work here you can't understand them. don't make the mistake of moving here you will regret it.

We have been here 3 years. I love our location close to stores and work. The apartment is large 1150 sq. ft. the view is priceless !! we have a water view and the swimming pool is just a few steps away oh yes our ducks see me every morning our grandsons love them and the pool. Everything is taken care of right away. The girls in the office are great . The parking is right to our walkway so no problem with carrying grocery's into your unit. Don't pass this by come in take a look we did !
