Clean grounds, updated looks, new roofs & so much more outside. Love the upgrades with plank flooring & granite counters. The classic homes with white appliances are clean and nice too. So much extra storage!

If you want a friendly, walkable , clean place to live then this is the place for you . Weekly and yearly upkeep of the landscape , Convenient doggy bags , events and more . Truly a wonderful place to live . Office staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you have . The maintenance team is great , efficient and clean . A great place to live honestly.

Old units with many repairs needed. Very poor office staff customer service. You’ll be looking for a new residence within a year!
You wait a very long time to get maintenance to fix anything unless it's a total emergency!! The office will tell you they'll put you on a work order list but then you don't hear back from them..most ppl buy bottled water because of all the floating things you see.. go elsewhere if you can.. they allow ppl to junk up their patios and decks which makes it look trashy..cops are here CONSTANTLY
The staff is very thorough and efficient in their work. The office is impeccable with an awesome workout room. The pool area is very clean and lavish. The community is tidy and kept up nice. Not to mention the Clarkston area is a coveted place to live.

It has a lot of riffraff's and kids are always in the middle of the streets playing. It would be nice for every apartment to be able to have 'NEW' appliances that are 10-years old, cabinets that don't look dingy and every few years get apartments painted for free, and keep it fresh and new. Also, it would be a great idea to have security in the evenings and day time. Also, smoke free buildings would be great!
Bridgewater apts is the place i would like to move into but my income is too much.washer and dryer included is what i'm looking for.
