I’ve lived here a couple years now, and things have changed a lot. The office/managers are rather unresponsive to emails and concerns that have been brought up. Management company changed hands earlier this year and that is really when issues began. Now since renewing, extra fees are now being charged that are not in our lease and we did not agree to, which i don't think is legal. Very disappointing as the property and location is great.
Love the size of my apartment. Enjoy the screened in balcony. Like how much closet space there is. Can be noisy depending on location in complex.
I’ve lived here for about 9 months and it’s been a pretty nice experience overall. Every trouble call/work order I had was attended to; however, there were instances of rework. Management is readily available and eager to assist with any concern. The community is kept clean and there are many opportunities for community involvement. Parking has never been an issue, and the amenities are nice as well. I do wish there were more machines in the gym, but what they have is still good.
I love living here. Beautiful grounds and amazing people. Several different units and they are remodeling all of the units. Renewed my lease. Happy to live here.
The staff and community have been nothing but amazing! Any time I have an issue, they are quick to respond and always have a smile on their faces. The complex property is beautiful and well maintained, communication towards residents is excellent, the list goes on. I am incredibly happy here<3

I feel so relaxed at Bridgewater. Everyone from the leasing office workers to the maintenance team are super friendly. I have no complaints so far of living here for 8 months. The apartment is in the heart of Orlando and close to everything! I’m super happy.

This is a peaceful and safe community here. The staff that works here is friendly and get the job done, maintenance is awesome, always fixes everything. The pools are nice and great having laundry facilities onsite.
Very understanding management, and helpful. They have things for families to get together at events on the property and are involved during holidays and stuff. Clean. Very attentive when a problem occurs.
Just made my first year and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I really have nothing bad to say. Community is quiet and clean. Staff is friendly. Close by to supermarkets and stores and gyms. Biggest asset is that it’s truly affordable with a good income. 100 % satisfied.
Things have been going pretty well. Having some problems with neighbors blasting music and constantly smoking pot so im unable to have my doors or windows open.
Ultimamente todo ha mejorado mucho, pero ya no es como hace cuatro años atras. Mucha gente se ha mudado y no siguen las reglas del complex. La gente deja los pelos de sus perros en las lavadoras luego de utilizarlas y me parece simplemente asqueroso
Brigdewater es un excelente lugar para vivir. Escuelas y comercios cerca. Cuentan con un personal muy profesional tanto en la oficina cómo en el departamento de mantenimiento.
Llevo 9 años en la comunidad de BRIDGWATER hasta ahora todo ha sido favorable entre la administration y los empleados son personas muy servicial han habido nuevas mejoras dentro de los apartamentos
I’ve liked it here but maintenance has taken too long to fix things in the past. Other than that I recommend it. Modern, huge apartments and cool people. Beautiful office pool too.

From the time I contacted Bridgewater until the time I moved in; customer service has been great. The apartments are not brand new, but you can tell they are well maintained. I love the size of the apartment and wish I could afford a 2 bedroom but have been very happy and grateful that I have a roof over my head. I absolutely love the apartment.
Move in process was very easy and my leasing agent Estephanie had great communication. First nice was super quite and feeling optimistic about our new home !

Like it good community, maintenance is a little slow but safe and clean. People listen well. Laundry rooms are bit off and on. Gym is small but nice.
It’s great ! Probably the best community in the area if I do say so myself . Its mainly quiet for the most part which is relaxing and nice !

Nice, clean apartments- very large and staff is pretty quick with issues. Both of the pools are nice too and the walkways are all fairly clean.
In my third year at these apartments and I still enjoy living here. It’s in a very centralized location for work and for fun. Would highly recommend.

I've waited to write my review. It's easy to say everything is great when you first move in but I wanted to see how everything was after time. I have to say I really do like living here. The apartments are nice the maintenance is wonderful and the people in the office are fantastic. I have to say I highly recommend the apartment complex. The people here are super friendly. Very good place,my kids love this place. The apartment is big and spacious that is one of the main things that I decided to apply. and it is also a complex that accepts dogs, in many of the apartments that I looked for they did not accept..
This is the best place to live in the area. The community here is quiet, clean and safe. The amenities are fantastic and the staff are very pleasant. All maintenance requests are handled quickly. Also these are the best looking apartments from outside on the whole block.
So far, it’s been 4 months of living at Bridgewater Apartments and I’m super happy. The staff is super nice and always there to help. Maintenance responds fairly quickly as well. A nice area, busy but quiet. I look forward to coming home to my apartment everyday.

Brigdewater es un excelente lugar para vivir. Está todo cerca: tienfss, farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes, franquicias de comida rápida, etc. Su staff es maravilloso, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
The property is pretty clean, not very noisy. Staff is nice and helpful. New upgrades are in progress around the property. The holiday seasons are pretty cool and fun, especially for children when they do things to involve them, Easter hunts, Halloween party, ect.
Overall I recommend! Staff is nice and amenities are good. Just wish there was a playground for kids. Also more grass for pets. The only thing I don’t like is when something is getting fixed like in your apartment or the gym, they say a time but it never is that. It’s usually longer. Other than that I like it.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are a few issues with the condition of my apartment unit (for the price I’m paying) but I’m sure the community employees will help with the important issues. I’m pretty satisfied overall.
The weed smell when walking into the apartment complex has get getting ridiculous. It seems like almost everybody near us possesses the substance and it's gotten to the point where they don't even wait for nightfall or maintenance to leave for the day.
If you like living with bugs, swimming in contaminated water, broken gym equipment, dog poop everywhere, rude and unprofessional management that does nothing but sit in their offices and purses their lips… this is your place!!! Come live like an Ogre at bridgewater swamp!

I have moved here starting in 2019 in a one bedroom with my family and eventually moved to a 2bd our experience here has been nothing but great, I do believe a few things can be a little better but overall it’s a great place to stay.
The staff has been great from the start! all my questions answered and an easy move in process. Maintance is quick and efficent. I love the space in my apartment, they 2x2 is huge and the living room has so much space to work with. Ladies in the office are so sweet and funny. makes you feel right at home.
Amazing complex to live in. You can email the staff with any questions you have or issues and will address it. Amazing staff
I moved out almost a year ago and they never gave me my security deposit. They just give me excuses but no money. The only one that really care is Luna, but she can't solve my problem. The rest of them don't care at all. Do not lease there! Or you will lose your money.

there was water damage and actually a leak in our ceiling and instead of fixing it because the issue was too big for them to deal with, they just painted over the water stains. overpriced and not worth it.

We've had our repair and pest control issues ignored, management has been incredibly rude and retaliatory without providing proper details. Water shut offs almost bi monthly. We have felt intimidated by management via legal recourse. Do not suggest coming here.
