Fargo’s Stone Bridge neighborhood is roughly five miles southwest of Downtown Fargo along I-29 and a block west of the Red River. Stone Bridge is ideal for those working at the nearby Microsoft Corporation, located directly south of the neighborhood, or at Essentia Helth-Fargo, located on the north end of Stone Bridge. Apartments in Stone Bridge are just six miles south of North Dakota State University, making it a terrific location for students, as well. Apartment has unpleasant odor since before moving in, making me skeptical carpets were cleaned. Maintenance staff is unresponsive and not detail oriented. Garages are 2" too short for a full size pickup. The second bedroom (in this unit at least) has a closet that is 1/2 the size of the other.

It has always been quiet and clean. But in recent months I've noted that the door I come in, on the side where the garages are, has gotten messy, smeared with fingerprints. Mud and gouged on walls. Garabage and paper in the yard. Hallways have also had dirty places and gouges on the walls.

Bridgeport is a wonderful community to live in. Clean, quiet, well kept, maintenance is good and very friendly. The neighbors are great always eager to lend a helping hand. But never bother any other time. Ive been here for years and never regretted a minute. And no plans on moving anytime soon.

Air conditioning
Says on web AIR CONDITIONER in each unit which to me means AIR CONDITIONER and is to cool your apartment to your own personal comfort level. Then to find out after moving in that the box unit that “LOOKS “ like an air conditioner, is infact NOT , and is only meant to cool down apartment by 20 degrees. ( that was the nice letter my daughter received after living there for a couple months)This IS is false advertising and misleading, sent info to an attorney to review a couple days ago. My daughter is dreading summer with little ones.

Unprofessional
Newley married,only lived here for two months. Just moved out of another goldmark company. Everything that is on the checklist for no rout for goldmark apartments was NOT done for out new apartment. Did NOT paint. So the walls are scuffed. Holes in doors. Closet shelves are broken.The stove wasn't even clean. Refrigerator was leaking water for a month until someone fixed it. Ruined $100 worth of food. Garbage disposal has been broken since we moved in, instead of actually fixing it the maintenance man comes press a button unscrew somethings then is on his mary way. It's a beautiful apartment a nice area great neighbors. But, if we would have known that the leasing office would be this unprofessional. I hate the fact I have to call the leasing office once every two weeks about things that should've been fixed the first month of moving in. We will not be renewing our lease, and it's sad because it's such a great area.

I live in the Bridgeport apartments
When i was moving from a different state the goldmark company i went with had basically spent the afternoon showing us lots of apartments..when we did agree on one it didnt look the best but when we moved in they had 're did almost everything and we were and still very happy with our apartment. Clean and everything working. Lance really took care of us and made our moving in the best experience ive ever had.
