Good, I like the gym and that no one steals packages I would love for this building to have option for one bedroom apartment, but the two bedroom is fine
I just moved in, and so far everyone has been very nice and helpful, the building amenities are good, the only thing is the carpet on the first floor always looks dirty and old, I’d definitely change it :)

I love this quiet community that is close to all shopping, restaurants and parks. Target, Ross and Marshalls is only one exit away with additional restaurants like Nick the Greek ,Dave’s Hot Chicken and some Sushi places as well. Safeway and a Ramen places are right across the street, Trader Joe’s is a 3-5 min drive towards downtown. All Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner here and it’s been over a year now. Thank You Bridgecreek for being Home.

It's great to live here. I love the fact that we have a game room and a room to watch TV and spend time with our friends and neighbors. The area is very quiet and safe.

I am done being silent about this complex. People need to know what they’re getting into. This is the most unethical and immoral apartment complex out there. Every year since COVID they have raised rent prices to the maximum allowable by law. They have complete discretion when choosing the rate at which to renew a lease. Additionally, they charge $200 on top of the rent for utilities. They will increase your utilities by $70 and then ignore you when you want an explanation why. I have lived here 8 years and it has gotten worse. I pay $3,200 to live here now. When Covid happened it was $2,300. In four years they have raised my rent $1,000 yet I’m still in a run down, non-renovated apartment. But I pay the same amount as people with brand new flooring and utilities. They also tried to charge me $50 a month for a parking spot that for 6 years was always free — this is another attempt to profit off tenants without raising rent. Management is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in any complex. They do not take any complaints seriously. My neighbor above has been harassing me for over a year now. I have reported them practically every week and management did nothing. They threw a ton of paint onto my patio. I had a police officer come out and I filed a report. Yet this complex has done nothing about the harassment. In fact, they illegally attempted to evict me last year on the basis of “noise complaints” from the very people harassing me. I had to get an attorney just to show management that what they were trying to do to me was illegal. Instead of taking my complaints of harassment seriously, they tried to silence me by evicting me. There are so many people living on housing choice vouchers (fka Section 8) who completely destroy this place. While I am paying $3,200 some are paying $500/$600 and taking advantage of their luck at getting housed here. There is so much dog crap outside in the backyard that I can’t even take my dog out there. There is dog crap in the front and the sides of the building as well. My packages are continually stolen from this place. There are cameras throughout the property but management has never done the due diligence to review them for thieves. The place constantly smells like marijuana in the hallways even though they claim it’s on a non-smoking building. Overall it’s a terrible place to live.

Amazing The maintenance has been phenomenal. Everyone has been so kind to me. Every single neighbor has been nice. Have had no issues with parking.

Love this quiet community. The neighbors are nice and everything is conveniently located within a five minute drive. Plenty of shopping and dining within 1 or 2 blocks radius. For children the park is a 5 minute drive away.

Proximity to stores is good. Clean, safe. Access key entrance is a plus for safety. Nearby schools and stores makes it easy to easier, transportation access.

Would not recommend moving here. Centrally located but various issues with getting repairs done. They won’t give residents direct phone numbers to anyone in management. Rent increases are steep.

This is a very clean and peaceful property conveniently located in the Heart of Novato. Everything I need when shopping is within a five minute drive. From Trader Joe’s,Safeway, Target and Costco, the convenience of shopping is wonderful.

The apartment is nice but the outlets don’t work in the bedrooms or living rooms. The whole first floor hallway smells like sewage, the apartment smells like puke and nothing is taking the smell away. The bedroom door looks like it was kicked in and barely put back together. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain and a whole list of other issues.

most everyone I meet are friendly and have a smile for you. people seem to be happy to help hold a door open for each other. The front area is always kept clean. even on rainy days.
I have a had an excellent experience The neighbors have been absolutely nice. The landlord has been extremely helpful. Everything has been a really great so far and I love it here.
Bridgecreek Apartments is a quiet comfy safe place to live the neighbors are quiet the pets are friendly the complex is well maintained as far as what I've seen this past year.
Living here has been great. The place os beautiful and everyone has been very welcoming. The only reason I get it a 4 star is that the maintenance part is a little slower the most. If you need something done it will take a minute before they get to you otherwise it is very nice and management is very friendly.
Its a nice Quiet Apartment to live in with your pet or family. I would definitely be here for the long haul. Pet friendly is always my favorite thing to hear when moving into a apartment.
