For over half a century, Huntsville has been associated with the development and testing of rockets for space exploration. This idyllic community in the Appalachian foothills of northern Alabama is a powerhouse of high-tech innovation for both civilian and military applications, with Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, and NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center driving the local economy. Living in the Huntsville area, you are likely to hear sounds from helicopters and rocket engines on a fairly regular basis.
The city’s intellectual values extend into the local schools as well, which are among the best in the state. But even though the city is home to such a large and unique scientific community, Huntsville retains a timeless atmosphere of Southern charm. Beautiful historic architecture is all around, especially in the Twickenham and Old Town Historic Districts.
Huntsville offers an array of apartments and houses available for rent in every style and budget imaginable.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hi, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
There are a lot of bad things to be said about this apartment complex. The slanted parking; the location at a busy, loud intersection; the maintenance; the enormous electrical bills because of outdated appliances and poor insulation; the mold; the bugs; the disgusting pool; the neighbors; the loud, inefficient, and often uncollected trash; etc etc. There are some good things to be said about it, like the fact that they finally fixed the enormous crater in the parking lot and it only took them about 11 months. The maintenance is genuinely terrible, though. They refuse to do basic maintenance such as fix a poorly sized/angled door frame. When they did fix problems, the solutions were awful and they made a huge mess, including dripping paint all over the floor on one occasion. There were also just weird problems from the poorly constructed buildings, such as little pieces of wood dust getting on utensils in drawers because the bottom of the counters are deteriorating. You would also think the train would be quieter given its distance from the complex, but the poor noise insulation ensured that that’s not the case. Don’t move here, but if you do, note that a lot of the second floor units are actually ground level because the buildings are on a hill. Make sure to check the specific unit’s location if you don’t want to be on the first floor.
This place was horrible. No parking unless you didn’t live there. Mould, toilet over flow daily. Bugs and to top it off they will offer you short lease terms just to try and changes you triple that once it expires. We paid everything current after leaving and a year later they are telling us we owe them money. Not sure how when we do not live there and haven’t in a year. Horrible place. The management comp will not return calls either so don’t bother.
Every since we have moved into our apartment back in June it was this spot in the bathroom. We told them that it was mold but they kept telling us it wasn’t. So when the maintenance people finally came to check it out the first time all they would do is scrape it off and paint over it. Then next couple of days it would continue to come back. The office was like it’s not mold it’s not mold. So finally we were like this is not okay. So she sent the maintenance to cut the whole open and it was literally FOOD in our wall. So after we found out was in the wall they attempted to cover the wall up. They are refusing to let us out of our lease. We just want to be let out of our lease and leave this apartment. I do not recommend staying here
I would give ZERO stars if permitted. We have rented the storage room #5 and one morning we didn't see our stuff. We went to the leasing office who suggested us to call the cops and we did. We asked the Management whether the keys to this storage is shared with someone else as well as we see some of our stuff(TV & printers) still in the storage but nothing else. To this the management said that they will change the keys every time people rent a storage room. That evening we were asking the neighbors on whether they see anyone suspicious over the weekend to which one of them replied that they have moved over the weekend and the leasing management gave the storage #5 keys to them. They have checked the storage and called the office and told that the storage is full to which the management said they can do whatever they want to and all the stuff is thrown into trash. This includes personal items of very high emotional value. We went to trash bin and saw our stuff. We are able to retrieve 10% of the lost items. They said they'll reimburse us but haven't gotten back to us in a week. Also, We have been raising the maintenance requests related to the AC unit not working for more than a month and they didn't even care to fix the issue. Every time they come up with an excuse. I'm writing this review at 11PM 82F inside the apartment (hotter than outside) and I have raised multiple requests regarding the air conditioning and they don't even care. I would not recommend anyone to rent here.
If you want to take a bath every shower you take, come here. If you want gunshots to wake you up, this is your apartment. If say you want to pay multiple thousands of dollars to hate every minute of living here Bridge Pointe Apartments is great. Management will not care about any issues: over 300 dollars a month electric bill due to outdated appliances in disrepair with a broken AC unit, a heating unit that sets off the smoke alarm never addressed, noise complaints on you waking you up from being asleep, and bugs and pests daily.
Mold, cigarette smoke coming in from other apartments, trash guys slamming the lids to the trash bins and waking residents up, this place is a slum, the only thing management is good for is taking your money. Avoid this place!
I have lived here almost 2 years. As a senior, it is extremely important that I be in a safe area so I can just live and not have to worry about my safety. This place is very safe. Beyond that, it is very pretty. I enjoy my apartment home so much. Closing that door after work means I am in my own little world. The Property Manager and Assistant Manager respond instantly to concerns, requests and treat me like I am family. I am hours away from home and family. My family feels secure that I am in a place that will take care of me, provides me with the opportunity to be independent and a place that I truly feel like I am with family. Thank you so much Bridge Pointe!

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you have had such a positive experience at Bridge Pointe. We like to display a sense of Community and are glad you have received it! Thank you so much again for your feedback! We hope you have a great day!
I have lived at Bridge Pointe Apartments for two years. It is a great central location to Redstone Arsenal and all other main roads around the Madison/Huntsville area. The gym is small but useful and has a great pool area. It is a small community and the office staff actually know who I am. The apartments are large and I love the layout. The only downside is lack of parking, but they are working on it. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Very nice and affordable. And the area is quiet and convenient to downtown.
This apartment community is very clean. It is a good value for the money. Not the newest on the block but you really see they take great care of the community.
I've lived here almost a year and never want to leave. If you or your family are looking for a place to stay - this is the best apartment complex in Huntsville. The staff is so awesome and the apartments are amazing for the low rate.
