Property Ratings at Bricker Place Apartments
I had an excellent experience working with Jody. She was professional and was prompt when getting back to me. The unit was clean and looked great when I arrived. The unit is nicely constructed and a quiet community.
I’ve rented with KDC properties both in Columbiana and at Bricker place and could not be more satisfied with my experience. The property manager is extremely accommodating, welcoming, and efficient in the move in process. The units are well maintained with spacious yards, and the maintenance team is very responsible and solves any issues quickly. The neighborhoods are beautiful and the entire office staff really cares about their residents. I’d recommend a KDC property to anyone.
My Mom lived at Bricker Place for over 4 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences during this time. Management and maintenance were always very responsive to our needs and questions. It was with great sadness we had to move Mom to an assisted living facility because she was no longer able to live alone. We can only hope that her experience at the assisted living facility will be as positive. When the time comes for me to move into a condo, Bricker Place or a KDC managed property will definitely be my first choice.
The Management.Company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Very rude people. I would prefer to give them zero stars.
I love Bricker Place Apartments! I could not be happier with where I live. I moved here from Lancaster Pennsylvania to be near my family. My apartment overlooks the pond with geese, ducks and wildlife. It’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you Jody for helping me walk through my transition and relocating to my beautiful new apartment. I would definitely recommend Bricker Place. Thank you Jody… You are the best!
I have lived in Bricker Place for 6 months and love it. Not only is the open floor plan amazing but the turn key construction is beautiful and inviting. When I contacted the leasing agent, Jody, she was very accommodating with everything from meeting me at the time I was available to explaining the lease in detail and making sure that understood everything. She was always available to answer my questions prior to and after signing my lease and moving in. I also want to comment on the neighborhood ... everyone is so friendly. I had several neighbor introduce themselves and welcome me to the neighborhood when I moved in. It’s quiet and a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you again Jody, for the awesome job you did with helping me find my home!!!
Just moved in and this Community is amazing. Unit was sparkling clean, everything is functional. The staff is nothing short of amazing and the place is very well run and maintained; shout out to Jody for helping make everything go smoothly. This is by far one the best apartment complexes in the area. We feel right at home here. I highly recommend anyone to consider living here.
The open floor plan and one floor living is the best.... so beautiful inside. Located in a wonderful neighborhood setting..... and the people have been great to work with.
Over priced for shoddy construction. Floors were uneven. Doors didn’t close. Too expensive for the location. No closet space. Tiny bedrooms. You can never get ahold of anyone and no one returns your calls for maintenance emergencies. Rent elsewhere
