The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brickell Apartments
On entering the manager by the name of Joey was well dressed polite cordial and a little mannered. I'm new to the city normally live out in the country. He seemed very knowledgeable of the lay of the land he shared with me of all the nice diners and places to eat in the area. The apartment complex is nice for what it is it's reasonably priced and the apartment he showed seemed well maintained and well manicured.
6/15/2023 Do not move out there unless you want roaches inside of your unit. No matter how clean you are or keep your apartment, the whole complex is bug infested, they constantly had people coming out to spray but that did nothing! You will be charged a 75 dollar late fee aswell for being even 1 day late, when the apartments are not even worth what they charge. There was also molding problems inside the units aswell. And the carpet STINKS!!
They have the worst maintenance and office workers i’ve ever seen in my life. The maintenance people walk into your apartment without consent. The grass is never cut and knee high. There has been multiple car break ins that has happened to me and others. There’s drug dealers that hang outside all day selling drugs. Trash is always everywhere, and the workers do not care. The water is always getting cut off without you being aware. Moral of the story this just a horrible area/ place to live period. If i could give 0 stars that would be my rate.
Maintenance is severely lacking, MULTIPLE residents told me they didn't have necessary things like a working AC and even one said they haven't had a working refrigerator in six months. The office staff hardly ever answer their phone so you have to call multiple times. It is way overpriced for what you get. They constantly turn off the water as well. Don't waste your time or money!
The staff is helpful, the location is really great. Near shopping, restaurants, the highway, central to the city.
Great customer service management respectful greet you soon as you walk in
WORST APARTMENTS EVER !! Roaches , maintenance never fixes anything , the office never answers , by far the worst experience living here , never again will i come here never !!
I do not recommend these apartments at all.. I have been having issues with the office about my lease for the longest.. Finally having to give my 60 days notice and can’t because no one is in office. They are suppose to close at 6:30 and no one is there. And the women who assisted me last was not showing any type of impart nor was she really nice.
I would not recommend living here. I don’t feel safe living here most of the time. I hear gunshots. A very unfortunate circumstance occurred of a brutal death very close to me and I feel absolutely unsafe and worried for mine and my family’s lives. neighbors smoke in their apartment. I am currently trying to find another place to move to. Had no notice when a maintenance worker come into my apartment and busted up the wall to fix something, was nice enough to cover it. I had a plastic window that was broken when I moved in, which took forever to get it replaced. Even put in a work order. Parking can be hectic as well, I even had my car broken into but nothing was stolen which was really strange, I guess the baby stroller wasn’t appealing. One thing I really enjoyed was the nice activities they provide and they do pest control too. I’ve never had roaches until a few months ago, and I’ve lived here since 2018 of October. I keep my apartment immaculate. But oh well. I’m out of here ASAP.
Moved in a couple months ago and they're absolutely great! Once a month they have pest control come out even though I haven't seen one bug!
Dirty old apartments, full of mice and cockroaches. Old bathtub and washbasin, painted and when hot water falls out the paint, full of mold and corrosion. Very bad experience living here, you notify and the administration takes time to repair the damaged things. Heaters do not heat up and they come and repair them and they get damaged again.
