They do not fix anything when broken they will put you off for weeks at a time!!! Poor management team!!! Will leave you cold in the dead of winter!!
The townhome was so beautiful very clean and the lady that showed it to us was so nice, very reliable! our appointment was at 4 pm and she was already there when we arrived. It was a very positive experience for us. Can’t wait to speak to her again. Thank you so much.
Ownership and management group are very unreliable. When showing me the unit, they were 2-1/2 hours late in showing up. Was notified once that I was late on payment, when it was paid 2 weeks in advance. I have a 7 week notice that I was vacating at end of lease, and had apartment professionally cleaned after I left It’s been just shy of 60 days and I still have not received my security deposit refund Management team of Suesann / Darlina will not return phone calls or text messages Tennents beware before leading from Brick Row Townhouses
