The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brick House
I currently stay in this apartment complex. Big rooms very close to Country Plaza walking distance and it is very convenient for me location wise.
They wouldn’t asked over the times I’ve reached out and after a while they blocked me from both phone numbers instead of answering my inquiries. Just something I found weird for someone trying to lease out a unit to ignore all callers and never reach back.
Great HUGE bright apartment! I searched for several months online before moving to Kansas City and after looking at a lot of new construction smaller apartments for a lot more money saw this apartment and took it right away. The apartment was redone in 2018 with a new kitchen and bathroom, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, and all stainless steel appliances. My apartment is bright, and has lots of windows. The positives-great size for the rent, nicely updated, some utilities included in rent, location, extra rooms in apartment, open floorpan. The downside of living on the Plaza, we are next door to a Frank Lloyd Wright Church, which my apartment overlooks, and on some weekends parking on street can be a challenge. Mostly parking has not been bad. Moving from Chicago to this apartment reminds me of my friend's big apartment in Wicker Park. I love my place, and would rent here again.
