Property Ratings at Briarwood Apartments
Kelly and Sarah are amazing! They are kind, personable and knowledgeable about their complex and processes. I have never had such a positive and smooth leasing experience. I actually looked forward to going to tour the property after speaking with Kelly. Seeing the cleanliness of the property, cohesiveness of the staff and the type of tenants that would soon be my neighbors, it truly felt like home. It has the close-knit community feel that I was looking for. My partner and I are beyond grateful for them and are eager to begin our next chapter at Briarwood. I highly encourage anyone that is looking for a quiet, clean and stylish place to call home to contact Kelly and Sarah at Briarwood!
Stayed here from 2011-2017, was pretty good. They were the best apartments in town at that time, and while there were changes in who managed the place the maintenance staff was always fast to come and take care of any problems we had. Never had any issues with noisy neighbors, management was easy to work with. Would rent again if I ever move back to the area.
Wouldn't even look at my application, even though I was willing to pay first year up front, because I do not have a job yet. I haven't been here an entire month yet. Shame on them. They missed out.
