the property is beautiful. but Management is Horrible i applied to this apartment complex twice, the first year they attached my application to another persons file. and lost it Completely, with no excuse the next time i applied a few years later, i sent a Certified letter .they lost that I sent a second money order and dropped it off in the office, THEY LOST THAT ONE also. I had to request a copy of the second money order, i paid for 2 MONEY ORDERS and $35 to obtain a copy of one of the money orders, after several months i was notified by moneygram that they processed the MISSING money order. i spent too much money on this place. when they finally had an apartment available it didnt have central air i still havent been reimbursed for my money order they should pay the $35 for tracking the money order
I applied for an apartment and never heard from them. I left at least 5 messages. I drove past one day and saw the office was open. I called while I sat outside. They sent the message to voicemail. I found another beautiful apartment. There loss. They missed a good tenant
