The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Briarcliff Apartments
I've been living at Briarcliff for going on about four and a half years now? Yeah, four and a half. I LOVE it here. Plain and simple. Anytime you have an issue, clogged sink, leak from the apartment above, broken door handle locking you in the apartment,( yes, that did happen), they are RIGHT on top of it. Maintenance literally lives on site. I've called after hours and the gentleman just asked if we could wait until his dinner was out of the oven. I was soooo surprised. Other places I've lived it's taken forever and a day to get someone in at all.The apartments are spacious. Heating is a bit of a bother but it's Wisconsin so you'd probably have that anywhere. We're right down the street from the high school, an elementary school and grocery store. It's so convenient. Dan and Debbie in the office are great. Sometimes they'll just call out of the blue to make sure everything is ok and see if you have any work orders. I love it here. Please, honestly, if you're looking for home, this is it.
the apartments are spacious and comfortable. the grounds are always well maintained due to an awesome maintenance team. great neighbors on a great side of town that caters to all diversities. Beautifully combined with a park and recreational area right across the street complete with its very own pond. Perfect for families, elders and those that just love to get out and enjoy life. For those of us who have four legged loved ones and those who are more health conscious, this park, pond and recreational area also has the first and only large dog park on this peaceful side of town complete with both biking and jogging trails. It truly has everything one could want and so much more at such an affordable price with really friendly property management. if apartment searching has you close to the edge of a cliff, make sure that its Briarcliff Apartments. I've been here close to four years and my family and I enjoy it.
Myself and my husband love living here, the staff is great, friendly, and every perfectional, they always see to you needs, the grounds are kept clean, when you need something repaired it is taken care of right a way, a great please to live
With fun, kind and helpful neighbors of every age and diversity, very well kept grounds due to a friendly , responsive and diligent maintenance team and the picturesque scenery of the spaciously combined park and pond right across the street fit with biking and jogging trails for me i truly feel that this a Fantastic place to live whether your just starting out on your own, have a small family or looking for a great place to retire. I've been here for four years and i couldn't be happier!
