Ten minutes from the lakefront. Local bus transportation available at the property. For your leisure time, just across 22nd Avenue is Anderson Park with a swimming pool, football, baseball, and soccer fields plus tennis courts available to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8 HOUSING OR EVICTIONS. Due to COVID 19, we are requiring appointments to tour the model. No walk-ins please. We do not offer live video tours.
