The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brentwood Pointe Apartments
Anthony is the best maintenance ever! Helps fix anything we have that’s messed up. Great person! All the office staff is amazing as well THANK YOU!!!!
My name is Samuel Gregg, my apartment flooded 3 times and they are blaming me for the water damaged that happened to the door and bathroom plus most of the bottom floor wood at rotten and last but not least they lost my money and we’re trying to force me to pay it twice over so I took the money eviction
The rent is affordable and the pool is clean. Some of the people are nice and most keep to themselves. Those are about the only good things about this place. I have never had bugs before and then I moved in here and saw roaches within 4hrs of moving in... I have sprayed and fogged and had maintenance spray and I still see them periodically. Don’t put any kind of decoration outside if it means anything to you because it will get stolen. Don’t try to plant flowers because they will just pull them out of the ground or spray and kill them. Don’t leave your packages outside for long or they will be stolen. If you like flashing lights then this is the place for you because they are seen multiple times a month. The sonic and 7-11 are both good and bad things because there is food right there but it’s super expensive conveniences. Rent is due on the first of the month with NO grace period. If you’re looking for a place to move in NOW that’s not gonna break your bank then you’ve found it, but be aware of the consequences that come with that, as were listed previously. Good luck!!
There were roaches and ants right off the bat. A month after we moved in our apt was flooded with toilet water. The water smelled like urine, and it flooded the bathroom, half of the master& our hallway. Maintenance ripped up the carpet in the master bedroom and removed the padding in the master bedroom and hallway. They placed fans under the carpet& left the fans for 3 or 4 days (The fans ran up our electricity bill, and we were not reimbursed). The carpet was left torn up and the boards under the floor were left exposed. There were several tacks that were left exposed. There was visible mold on the floorboards. They came and collected the fans, and replaced the padding in the carpet. They never cleaned the carpet or replaced it. After they had put the carpet back down and left, it was still not entirely dry. Our toilet would not flush anything down so we had to drive to a gas station for a bathroom. Our bathtub would not drain, and solid waste and material that contained other people’s hair was being pushed up out of the drain along with dirty water. Maintenance confirmed that our plumbing was connected with everyone's in our building, & waste from other units was coming out of our tub. We had to shower friend's houses. This happened MULTIPLE times. Our garbage disposal was not in working order and shot water out any time it was turned on. Not even a week later, there was a leak in our hallway ceiling which soaked the hallway carpet. There was mold at the top of our ceiling near the leak. Maintenance came out the following day and fixed the problem temporarily, but the leaks became a recurring issue. We had to use trash cans and towels frequently to keep our carpet from getting moldy. During our time living at Brentwood, our tub would back up with dirty water and waste materials. There were literally inches of raw sewage in our bathtub. Our AC stopped working in the early summer and we waited 2 days for it to be fixed. Don’t even get me started on the mold we had to put up with the ENTIRE 11 months. Floods/leaks were frequent. We left our lease one month early, due to these conditions. No one wants to break a lease, but it was legitimately unlivable. Management did not care about any of the issues we had and took advantage of us with charges that we were forced to pay because they threatened to take us to court. RUN. As far away as you can. Do NOT sign a lease with these people. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.
Roaches the size of fingers in my bed, kitchen and bathroom. I am a clean person and do not just leave food out, ceiling has been leaking for TWO months and has caused a mildew smell through out my apartment! Maintenance is great if you can even get a hold of them, front office is ran by a 13 year old girl. If you can find another place to live I would
