If you like to deal with ROACHES and numerous other bugs, then this is the place for you! These homes were built in the 60’s, they are very outdated, and there is nothing luxury about them. New property management is terrible. They took over in April 2022 and were very organized and unresponsive for months, and the leasing office would be closed for weeks at a time. Properly manager is extremely rude and she feels as if she can talk to tenants any kind of way even if you know your rights! They will charge you literally for any and every thing. You can’t walk your dog around the complex without getting a fine, you will be fined for mail left in front of your mailbox, your entire building will be fined for trash left in front of the building even if you let them know who is responsible, and so much more. They have limited access to the on-site laundry room so tenants can only use it during office hours, and that is a hugeee inconvenience for those who work 9-5 during the weeks. During the summer, the property manager was more concerned with the POOL getting up and running than she was concerned about assisting tenants with NO RUNNING AC or ROACH INFESTATIONS. The maintenance team rides around on golf carts all day doing nothing and they don’t even wear uniforms. Oh, and please do not let the new name of this complex fool you! This is NOT in Brentwood, t his is in ANTIOCH. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews either. They have been deleting any negative reviews on this property and replacing them with those fake ones. Please look up the previous name of these apartments (Audubon Park), and you will see that nothing has changed but the name and property management.

I just moved here and I love it because of its location and good management.

I must say that I am very pleased with my apartment. I been here about 3 months and the one that I moved in looks completely new and thus far I have no complaints. There were a few issues that needed fixing but the maintenance team handled it with no issues and the they were very kind fellows. I hope this continues as I can see that there are continuous improvements on the property. I think there will be more to come from what I have heard. So far I got 5 stars.

Since the change of Management we have seen so much improvement to the property (i.e. trash pickup, staffing providing important information to the entire residents.

Wow, what a difference in Management everyone is out here working as a Team and ALL the changes can show for!!!!! Not to say the new renovations & the clean property is pick up every morning and the future plans are posted in the office where they will be adding new amenities like an out door gymnasium and adding changes to the exterior as well, can’t wait!!!! Thank you

I can see improvement with the switch over in property management. It seems like things are moving towards improvement and tenants are being asked to take pride in the environment in which they live. Since the new property management is on ground tenants are asked to keep the grounds clean in their area are they will be fined. Which is great because now people will clean after themselves instead of bringing the property down. As well the management team keeps the ground clean. The pools that was previously closed and kept dirty has been open, well one it is kept clean and managed now. The plumbing issues are being fixed which has been neglected in the past. I feel the new management team is doing a great job with actively getting things fix and not just collecting rent. Overall it’s a good enjoyable property when managed properly, it’s in the right hands.

My family has lived in the area for around 3 years now and this place has really improved recently. I’m happy there is new management. There are community rules that need to be followed like keeping the community clean, but I don’t mind as cleaning up the trash helps keep me active. Ms. Guadalupe in the office is always smiling and helpful towards us :)

Beautiful apartments, awesome staff members here! I spoke with Brentwood Hill staff member Lupita and she made everything clear, simple, and reassuring on the Brentwood Hills apartments. I cannot wait to move into my new apartment!
