The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brentwood Apartments
This is a great place to live for me. Having an exclusive amount of units is perfect for privacy. The rent is excellent when compared to other properties of equal or lesser amenities.
Great place to live. Very quite and friendly admasphire. Apartments are well maintained and managed..
Perfect apartments. Great management who actually mean to call them for anything you need. Maintenance is very attentive and shows up at your door when you send an e-mail the day before for any problem. Nice cozy place to live.
I have enjoy living here, ever since I moved in this complex. The staff including from manager Sylvia to maintenance Carlos have been great and attentive. The apartment is nice and spacious. I like the fact that it includes cable, internet and water services with the rent. It's a very nice and quiet complex.
