Property Ratings at Brentwood Apartments
Living in Brentwood Apartments was a terrible experience with constant cigarette smoke from my neighbors' apartments, despite the non-smoking policy. Breaking my lease led to exorbitant cleaning fees, losing my deposit, and paying half the remaining lease. Avoid Brentwood Apartments. There are better options in Conway.
Quick to charge tenants for everything but the buildings, stairs, and common areas are filthy. Whenever you ask about it, they say “soon”. Disgusting people when you ask them to do anything.
This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived in Conway . And I do mean the worst. Maintenance does not fix anything the office never return phone calls . Only time you can reach someone is when they are sending out emails about rent . You can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartments. Save your money and your time . The apartments look decent but it is not worth it . I wouldn’t recommend these apartments or any under this management.
I was not told I would be charged for water sewer and trash separate from my rent after I already moved in which my water bill is more then my electric bill also it's a gated community but Gates do not work I paid in full for my whole lease or I would move but the office inform me if I move it will cost me more money this is not far and I will move at end of lease
This complex is wonderful. Gated entrance, close to the university campus (but not too close). Hidden from the main road but easy access. Quiet area and good neighbors
Hidden off the main road, this complex is everything you expect from a nice apartment. Gated entrance, plentiful parking, quiet area, respectful neighbors. It is close enough to the university but not so close as to have problems with traffic/noise/etc. Reasonable rent for the size. Love this place!
The Brentwood Townhomes are the perfect choice for college students, small families, or hot singles! The two bedroom, two and half bath townhouse is perfect for the location and price! Less than a mile away from an elementary school and the University of Central Arkansas, I love being on the upscale side of Conway. The 1,020 square foot townhouse is also close to several eateries and two grocery stores, but far enough away to not hear all the noise of downtown. My two animals and I have lived here for five years and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
I really love this place. It has just the right amount of space without being too big or too small for a college student. We have plenty of storage with a nice little back patio. Our lawn is kept nice all the time and the carpet in the bedroom and stained concrete in the living and kitchen area is my favorite feature!
