Brentwood Apartments

I am here from another city, and this will be my home until I go back. I love my apartment, it’s up to date with a loft feel. The building is always nice and clean, there is plenty of parking, the buildings are under surveillance and key entry secured. There’s laundry right down the hallway which is always a plus. There is plenty of parking, and as a single woman I feel really safe here. The location is great with a huge pond right across the street with a walking path. Everyone is peaceful and family oriented. But the best part about these buildings is the management. They are so helpful and accommodating. Move in was so easy and fast, and every issue I’ve had they’ve worked through it and have been extremely helpful. It feels like a community here, not just living in an apartment. I’ve lived in a few apartments, I’m glad I chose here. They by far are the best.

As a single woman I feel safe! Camera's everywhere, onsite management and well lit parking lots just to start. My unit was spotless when I moved in, even had brand new carpet! They told me all units get new carpet and they delivered.

I was transferred to the area for a year and needed a quiet clean place to live. I found this place after looking at several different apartments in the area. Immediately I could tell a difference. The office woman Jackie was great and made sure I had my deposit check back in two weeks after I moved out! Great job Brentwood

The place is great. My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. Leaving was the problem. When you sign the lease, you will see alot of fees they can charge you, believe it when I tell you, they will charge as many fees as they can. If you dont clean the carpet, you will pay for a new one, and that new one is $899. Keep in mind this is 1 room 1 bath. I did my best to leave the apartment clean, but they still charged us for them cleaning the bathroom, a very exagerrated fee, and a seperate fee for cleaning the stove. I obviously defended myself, as I was the one that cleaned, and they told me "it wasnt up to our standards". They even tried charging us for a "Couch disposal", which was never even ours. We took our couches. We never received our deposit back, instead received a huge invoice for "move out fees". With the experience we had, we truly recommend you read the lease and expect to pay all those exaggerated fees that are there. Dont believe the lady that gives you the contract and tells you "you wont have to pay that, is for extreme cases". I am in peace because I know how I left the apartment and is just sad that these thing have to happen. You will end up getting a huge bill, and no deposit back. This is our experience living in these apartments for 13 months. Hope it helps.

I moved in two weeks ago. It could not of been a smoother process. The guys in the office showed me the exact unit that I would be renting prior to me signing my lease. I found this tremendously helpful and I was not able to do that at several other complexes that I visited. The application process was quick and easy. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new!!!! I cannot say enough good words about Brentwood Apartments!!!!!

I signed the lease on Saturday and by Sunday I was sleeping in my new home. The move in process couldn't have been easier. The apartment is beautiful, the unit is shiny and new. Couldn't have asked for a better place especially for such an affordable price.

Clean and completely remodeled unit. The price was right and the staff were friendly. My move in went smooth the paperwork was easy and ready for me when I went into the office.

Brentwood on the Pond Apartments are a wonderful place to live. It has a very friendly feel to the place. It is extremely quiet and safe. Very clean and everything is updated and new.

Living here at Brentwood on the Pond Apartments is like a dream. Everything is nice, clean, safe, and enjoyable. The apartments are large, well kept up, and like new.

This is a wonderful community where everyone is polite and quite. Plenty of parking, good size laundry facilities, and great park right a cross the street. There's a big pond with a nice jogging trail that warps around it. The management is awesome, if you need something done just ask and they'll get right on it. I love it because I leave them alone and they leave me alone. There are close by shops and restaurants.

My job has taken me all over the country and I have lived in many different apartments. This is the best by far. It is so clean, quiet with friendly neighbors. The landscaping is gorgeous, the building is well maintained and the apartment is completely brand new inside. They have onsite management that actually fix things right away and are truly gentlemen. I highly recommend Brentwood Apartments, a great place to live.
