Breakpointe has lots of wonderful amenities for their residents to enjoy. I love the wide range of options provided, like the gym and study rooms. Another factor of living at breakpointe are its noisy and messy residents. Each morning I wake up to see new trash scattered across the floor, stairs, etc. At least one person at all times is blasting house music, and not the good mix it yourself real dj kind, the pre mixed weird kind. I wish they’d switch it up a bit, maybe that would be more enjoyable.
this is my second year at breakpointe. i really enjoy living here a lot. the ambiance is very nice and the community is very friendly. the only problem that i have is things breaking a lot in my unit. but tod is very helpful and fixes things right away.
So excited to move in this September! I love the apartment layout and location (pretty close to my university campus). I am excited about all the available facilities, especially the gym.

Noise level is great, never really hear anything. The staff is sort of helpful depending on what you need, but you really have to push for what you want. My unit was not clean prior to move in so just be prepared incase it is not. The blinds are very old and will need to be replaced by maintenance. Maintenance is helpful, they usually show up within the next two days

The neighborhood is usually quiet and feels safe. The apartment itself is decent basic furniture, enough space, and good natural light. Maintenance takes some time to respond, but they usually fix things in the end. The rent is a little expensive for what you get, but it’s not too bad compared to other places nearby. The staff are nice, though communication could be better sometimes. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s a reasonable place to live if you just need somewhere convenient and comfortable enough.

The apartments are nice but there are issues with parking availability. Why should a resident be forced to pay more for a single spot? It’s their responsibility to make accessible parking.

pretty great place! The apartment building is nice on the outside and looks pretty good on the inside too! It’s much more spacious for a 4 person apartment with 2 double rooms that the other apartments in the area are, and for a better price than some of the others.

When I moved in, there were some issues like ants, broken light and refrigerator that took a week to fix. Since then, it’s been great, lively, nice neighbors and good place to live. Parking is a little pricey and street parking isn't great. I set up my own Wi-Fi and pay for laundry but overall I do recommend living here.

I live in IV and Break Point Coronado is hands down one of the best spots around. Super good energy, great food, and the staff always make it feel welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can hit for a chill dinner, watch a game, or grab drinks with friends and end up staying way longer than planned. Food’s always consistent, prices are solid for IV, and the vibe is just unmatched. Definitely a local favorite.

I think for the location, amenities, and complex - you're getting your money's worth. You're close to the bus stops, Pardall, IV Co-op, and most importantly, campus. Although rent is quite high here, the pool, gym, and laundry facilities add a level of convenience which kind of offsets the price. The rooms are also quite spacious as well, and the complex is equipped with the essentials (microwave, dishwasher, TV, gas heater, etc.) So, I think this place is nice and staff is also nice. The neighbors are okay. I think they should tone down their music a bit or play during reasonable hours. Because any time past 12am is not okay. Please be respectful of others and also clean up after yourselves. You're adults, not slobs.

The community was welcoming and the poolside apartments were really clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt a strong sense of friendliness from both the staff and the residents. People greeted each other with smiles, and it was easy to strike up conversations. The apartments themselves were modern, well-maintained, and spotless, especially the ones near the pool. The landscaping around the pool area was beautifully done, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day. The cleanliness and organization of the amenities truly stood out. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant living environment.

It had issues with noise, pet waste in common areas, and overly bright exterior lighting at night. These made my stay uncomfortable. Suggestions: Enforce quiet hours more strictly, particularly in the common area. Remind residents to clean up after pets and provide waste stations. Adjust the amount of lights, and the lighting timers or brightness. Please address these. Highly appreciated!

There are good amenities and things are fixed quickly. Sometimes the turf side isn’t kept super clean but that’s the residents faults for being messy, still I wish the management would possibly send an email or something as it’s not the responsibility of the grounds keeper to clean up beer cans.

Just so so. The things here are not working, very poor maintenance, for example, the drier in laundry room took my money without drying my clothes. The customer service is not that great.

Apartment was dirty upon move in. Dishwasher was moldy. Nice pool. No overhead lighting. Kitchen has nice countertops and comes with a microwave and electric oven.

Very nice place and very nice people who live here as well. I like being close enough to school and work as well. Whenever we have an issue, we always put in a request for maintenance and they always come and help.

It’s been okay so far but the rent prices definitely impact my experience. With prices this high, it’s difficult to enjoy my living space when I am always stressed about making rent.

breakpointe coronado has been great! there are a couple things i will say that i have noticed that can be a bit bothersome. one, it can be pretty noisy during the weekdays. two, the laundry room is dirty. and three, the machines tend to break or glitch. but other than that i will say that i absolutely love this place. erick has been so extremely helpful and kind to me and my family. i appreciate him a lot and how dedicated he is to making sure everyone here comfortable and happy. and everyone that i have spoken to that works here have been very friendly and kind as well!

Beautiful Apartments, quite expensive though and when we moved in they didn’t clean anything aside from the mattresses. They didn’t let us move in early either claiming they need the 23 days in September for cleaning which I would normally understand but they didn’t clean anything.. And our shower pipes were in really really bad condition (unusable). Luckily maintenance was amazing and fixed everything.

Loud at night but amenities are nice. It’s really expensive to live here but there’s a lot of space in the apartment. It’s also kind of far from campus but not too bad

False advertisements. They don't tell you what you pay separately and what's included in the rent. You have to pay utilities and wifi separately, for the price of rent, you would think it would be included.

The residence is good. The apartments are good, however I find it very cold in them, especially when the sun goes down. The bathrooms are okay but can be improved. Also the cleaning when entering the apartments, my bathroom was really dirty

My experience at Breakpointe Coronado has been nice so far. I like how close we are to campus and the amenities are helpful. Only downside is that maintenance does take a while to respond to requests.

The community is amazing and the maintenance is surprisingly good, they come within a day. However the drains being backed up in the showers has been a reoccurring problem. Other than that it is great. The location is perfect, the pool is super nice, and the study room is cozy.

Nice apartment, great amenities but I wish outside doors would be locked to feel safer/cleaner. For example the laundry room door is unlocked & because of that it is significantly messier than the one that is locked.
