Cherry Creek Apartments

They never reimbursed me my money and I never slept a day in the apartment due to a/c problems, a foul odor smell. And they did not accommodate me when they witness it themselves.

I want to take the opportunity to express you my discontent due the HORRIBLE condition in which the apartment was at the moment of occupancy and the attention delivered by cherry Creek apartment complex team. Be aware that if you have a pet, you HAVE TO PAY TWO NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ($ 750.00 ). When I paid the non-refundable security payment for $350.00; I wasn’t advice that I also had to paid a non-refundable security payment of $350.00 for my pet, until later on. THIS INFORMATION ISN'T IN THE BROUCHURE OR WEBSITE. In addition, a member of Cherry creek team told me I could move on 11/26/21. On that date (11/26/21), when I went to pick up the keys, I was told that the apartment wasn’t ready and the carpet had to be replaced. In effect, after 4 hour waiting the carpet was replaced that date. However, the apartment wasn’t ready for occupancy of the new lessee. I moved to this place a month ago ... I'm still waiting for the the managent office replace the missing and damage items on the property upon my arrival. The key of they mail box wasn't provide until later on. This was an inconvinient for sure, after several call and email to the office, finally was the mail carrier who told me my key was ready. So far they don't give me the access cards fitness place, pool and park. Last but not less important, looks like this place doesn't have a personnel to track or check the payments you do online. I paid my rent in the "resident portal", however they send me a nasty menssage saying I will be evicted if i didn't pay my rent. I had to call and show proof of my payment with my bank statements. There is people smoking marihuana in the parking losts and the common areas are nasty and dirty. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE

Management has improved this complex so much. I loved living here.

I have stayed at cherry creek for a couple of years. My residency has started before the flood and unfortunately until now. I have complained multiple times about multiple maintenance issues....leaking sink faucets, toilets etc etc. Cherry creek doesnt supply filters for ac they expect you to do it. Cherry creek will smile in your face about your issues and will neglect to fix them. Finally its pest infested no matter how much you clean and spray they never go away. Did I mention RATS? I definitely mentioned RATS to management a couple of times!! They call themselves treating it but when I saw how they treated it...I was doing the same thing if not more. The final icing on the cake; I had a family emergency being late with my rent one time(cherry creek wants it on the 3rd of the month unlike most apartments who give you until the 5th) and they refused to waiver the fee, despite me being loyal and putting up with their incompetence. Both management old and new are comical. I DO NOT HAVE THE INTESTINAL FORTITUDE OF A FLY THEREFORE I AM LEAVING UPON NEXT OPPORTUNITY! -ps if any is considering moving here dont! RUN! Unless your circumstances says otherwise. Oh yea crime is bad too.

The nice staff that I greeted when walking through the door, Ms. Iris and Danielle, helped us right away even when we were on the phone she made me feel happy about coming to meet her she was very helpful. Thank you for everything I really appreciate it and looking forward to move in on Saturday.

Since they change the management . They charge too much with the credit card payment . I usually pay by the creditcard more convinient for me but when i went to the office the lady told me to pay online they give me a website . but when i tried to open the website it wont let me go directly . its a lot of things pop ups. Now Im trying figure out how to pay aside paying online where they wont charge me extra .That was terrible... I like the old management they wont charge me everytime I paid .. Maybe Im not used with new one .. But the service is fine .People are nice just I have a hard time of opening the website and I just move in here and my Bank is out of state so I cant withdraw money with out charging. Hopefully they will do something of paying debit card without charging...I want to pay on time I dont wanna be late on payment..

Dont move here they have rats upon rats upon rats. They won't do anything but avoid you. If I could upload a picture I would.But trust me it is rat infested..

Very nice and very professional staff they all greet when walk through door I love Amber she help us right away even when we were on the phone she made me feel more anxious bout coming to meet her she was very helpful and always had a smile on her face and she contact us with her every move I really appreciate it and looking forward in moving in.Teiwan curry

Only in there my first week and the sewer back up, it overflowed the toilet staining my carpet and the sewer top outside overflowed so we had to walk pass it every day or go all the way around to avoid it. Maintenance can never be reached, a girl was shot and killed 3 doors down from me by the playground. The " PLAYGROUND" while kids were out there. My last couple of months was the worst the ac unit from the apartment above me leaked and cause mold to build in my apartment which never got taken care of. Maintenance came my last couple month and spray something that one of the guys told me that was purchased from the dollar general which did nothing but make it worst. There's a different manager ever two months none seems to get better and to top it off I still haven't received my security deposit! save yourself the time and stress and find somewhere else, anywhere else to stay but not here!

I am 99% dissatisfied with nearly every aspect of this apartment from the lack of quality in maintenance to the poor response time from the community manager. I not a hard person to deal with i just expect what I pay for (AC to work, clean surroundings and repeat from the people give my money to). I should have asked the tenants while driving the neighborhood what to expect before I signed my name of a misleading lease. Beware of false hopes and cosmetic appearances better yet buyer beware sums it up best.

I was very unhappy the first 21 years I had lived around this area. I had lived in adjacent apartments owned by the same property owners and they changed hands in ownership multiple times and I would have to leave as a result of that 3 times. They had moved me to different units the 1st 2 times. But, the 3rd time they moved me out for good. As they renovated the properties, and I was told that I would have to make 3 times the rent on my income, and I could try to apply again. That whole time I had been mugged in front of my own home, I had my home broken into and burglarized well over 3 times, I would hear gunshots at night,and had mold and mildew in my apartments, with very bad maintenance issues not taken care of. I had also had my rent check cashed for other purposes other than to post it to my account to show my rent had been paid. Which gave me bad references to look for another place to live. Luckily, I kept my receipt to show I paid to resolve that. Then 2 months later I was told to vacate because of renovations. From what I hear now,crime is even worse around here now and because of the storm people are displaced again. I will never bring my residency and business here again!

1. they lied to me about my move-in date. 2. moved me into an apartment that obviously no one bothered to look in BEFORE moving me into it, or they would've seen all the problems that needed to be fixed. 3. Air hasn't worked since moving in, I can get back at 8pm after being gone all day and come back to the thermostat reading 85 degrees and not cooling down until 3am. 4. the tub is peeling badly, and has yet to be fixed. Basically they forgot about me and the problems they left me to deal with after signing the lease and moving in. People in the office don't really care to do their job.

My Apartment Area Is Very Nice. They Are Building A Playground, Gym, and Pool. The Community is Very Quiet And Peaceful.
