My move in process was really smooth! Love how responsive the staff are. Thanks to Shatara for always answering all of my question's! Nice community.
They are good people who try to work everything out for the residents. They are in the process of redoing the gym and hopefully the pool soon. Maybe the playground for the kids!
So far so good. Put in a maintenance request and they came the same day. Very friendly! Love the trash service! Nice pool. Nice lake, caught a fish! Friendly staff.
The pool having such limited hours when it’s only open for 3 months out of the year (which means you had 9 months prior to fix the issue) and kicking people out at 6:00 pm is ridiculous. It’s also lazy and doesn’t allow your residents to use all the “amenities” that you’re so proud of. And only having the pool open from Memorial Day- Labor Day IN THE SOUTH is pathetic. This company should really do better.
I have been away for 35 years, since moving from Spartanburg to New Jersey. Deciding to move back we chose Greenville due to my daughter and granddaughter. This community while reading many negative reviews (during COVID) yet understanding that the whole economy took on a new outlook (still recovering) we took our daughter's word and made the move. Frank , new manager (December) and his staff has made it as easy as they could for us to adjust. Monthly community gatherings . You have to try and meet your neighbors, if you choose cause you only get out what you put in. I'm an introvert and I must say I enjoyed myself Lots of community upgrades on the way I heard. Units are getting necessary repairs within great timing. Pool area is all finished and open. Community rooms getting an upgrade next! Gym is getting more equipment! Yes! There is so much more! Come see! It still hold ture "HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART IS " also "THERE'S STILL NO PLACE LIKE HOME"
Great place to live personally it’s the location and the environment everything you need to go to is super close management is on top of everything
My experience living here is okay. They only thing I don’t like and I know it’s nothing to be done about it is the dogs barking all times of night, kids yelling and playing in front of my door, and upstairs neighbours stomps and runs seems like everyday.

Very nice place. Sometimes the neighbors upstairs can be heavy footed. Quite amusing at times. Quiet most of the time. Everyone in the office and the maintenance dudes are all friendly and nice
I love it here. The community is quiet and management staff are the best. I had an easy move in experience and all my concerns and questions were addressed with politeness and expediency.
Great are to live in , 2 minutes from the mall 15 minutes from the airport , 5 minutes from downtown . It’s the perfect area in my opinion to live in.
I think the apartments are not too bad. They're raising the rent which is normal, but I might as well find other places in which I'm paying the same extra $100 elsewhere that are nicer places as well. Maintenance isn't too bad. Beware though, tubs may not be in good condition, and they're not going to fix that. Overall, not bad.
Love it here! Such a nice quiet community to live in! The staff is very friendly and helpful and has made my move in a very easy process. The maintenance staff has been very prompt and helpful in ensuring my initial maintenance concerns were taken care of very quickly..
Just moved in a month ago and I've been having a great experience so far. The front office staff were very helpful with the application process. Answered all my questions and made my moving in very seamless.

I have lived here for a year and enjoyed my time here Love the community the office staff are all amazing my only complaint was that a neighbor would allow their dog to poop in the breezeway other than that it was great
I love the ladies in the office. It's seems to be getting better from a few months ago. We love it here. Supposedly they are going to be redoing the clubhouse soon too!
My experience here has been good and pleasant. They will accommodate you if there are any issues with renters insurance or if you change your mind about renewing or vacating. The ladies in the office are the best I've seen.
Amazing place to live management is great and helps with your needs when you need it I moved from Florida and they made my move a lot easier
Won’t ever recommend a place that let a hole sit in my ceiling for months, let me go without AC when it was 90 Plus out for months. Takes forever to get maintenance out and to top it all off. Won’t let you know the people above you’d cowling is leaking g and will let all your stuff get damaged. Good think I take photos and record events like this cause yeah, you guys suck! Worst apartment complex ever. Not to mention you have no respect for your long term tenants
Air conditioning still not working after almost a week. Door knob installed backwards. Microwave handle broken. A few other things we’ve repaired on our own

I thought I liked it here at first, but I plan on leaving when my lease is up. It’s hard to get maintenance here. They add on fees, I’ve had a fee dated 10/1/24-10/30/24, that’s been added every month, that’s been 4 months ago and it’s still being attached and I’ve already paid it. There’s a window I’ve had to place plastic bags over to keep the cold air out because no one will come fix it , I’ve put in request. The dryer takes over 4, 1 hour cycles to completely dry 1 load of clothes. It’s a lot of outlets that don’t work in my apartment. They say cable is included in my rent , but none of my channels have worked. when you send out request or emails they never respond. Not to mention I’m on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator for you to lug heavy furniture up or groceries. The trash pick up is awful, some days they don’t come, and 1 day they ripped off trash bags I had tied together & left some of the trash in my trash can for days . Would NOT recommend it here.
It’s pretty cool the only things is I feel like folks should have poop bags for their dogs instead it being all on the ground where people have to walk and eventually stepping in it. Everyday I have to watch where I step while walking to my apartment.

there were a lot of things wrong with our unit when we first moved in. we had to put in multiple work orders. the lights are very yellow and dim.

The apartment did not look anything like the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed. Overall the staff is really nice and friendly.

There is a good amount of space for the price. Closets are all great. The complex is old but they are working on refreshing. Maintenance can be slow but the new manager seems to be getting caught up finally.

They changed management 5 times since I have been living here the last 2 years it takes them a long time to process any maintenance request and it’s difficult to get in contact with them at the office they don’t return emails or phone calls it’s a quiet neighborhood and is usually maintained nicely

I love our apartment and the 2 leasing agents that have been here. We've had issues with maintenance employees and not getting maintenance done on time. That's not the current maintenance employees problem, it's because they have gone through several property managers. I think we've had 4 in the year we've lived here. Our fan/light needs to be fixed again, we have to screw and unscrew the lightbulbs, there's no pull chain nor hooked to the switch. Our ac wasn't working and they fixed it but now everytime it turns on/off it makes a loud noise. Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. I know maintenance has been working hard to get back on track.

Location. Location. Location. This is a hidden gem. So close to everywhere yet not in the middle of town. I get to Uber when I go out for an evening downtown, go to the airport, and when I enjoy too many Margs at my favorite Mexican eatery close by :)

Good neighborhood. Apartments are good too. Maintenance and services could be better. Lots of trees, which is good and bad at the same. Good because you have a serene and quiet environment. Bad if you choose a terrace/1st/2nd floor apartment that is covered by trees and don't get enough sunlight.

Love this place compared to the apartment I was living in Arizona , this place is great!!! I have a tub for bubble baths! I didn’t have that before And I have a view! Love it
It’s kind of hard for residents to get in touch with staff unless you go to the physical office. With my work schedule it can be difficult to see someone at the office

This community used to be the place to live and worth the money. Over the past couple years it has went Way down hill! Issue after issue with the apartment and the neighborhood which follows with excuse after excuse from the management staff. Do your research is all I have to say.

I’ve been traveling the United States for quite a few years (for work). And I can honestly say that Braxton at Woods Lake has been the best apartment complex I’ve called home. I met with the manager (Natalie M) and I knew that’s where I wanted to be. She was so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns throughout the entire time I stayed. Thanks Natalie !The other office staff and maintenance were always good as well. The apartments are beautiful, clean and close to great restaurants, stores and most anything you could want. I would highly recommend Braxton at woods lake!

I love our staff here at Braxton. Some things could be updated on the grounds but they are beautiful and well kept up otherwise. We just renewed our lease and moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom both apartments are functional and nice but could have used a better deep clean before having new tenets move into them.

Moved in this year in July and my toilet leaks a little when I flush onto the hardwood and put in a ticket to have someone come fix it beginning of August and still no one has come to fix it yet but other than that it’s pretty quiet and chill

The community is nice, however if anything breaks you might as well just write it off as something you no longer have. I have been going without an oven for 9 months.

The place is great! Very good manager and the whole team that works here. But the whole territory is poorly cleaned, in the pool area the territory is not swept from fallen leaves. I have been living in my apartment for the second week and they still haven't fixed the lamp in the kitchen. It is very dark and they haven't changed the damaged blinds on the balcony that don't open, don't close and don't fix in any way.

We are still waiting on several maintenance requests to be taken care of. The electricity in our apartment flickers constantly and the air conditioning cannot keep up with the heat in the back half of our apartment no solution was given when maintenance came to look at it. Not all the windows open.

So far everything is perfect, the people are very friendly, including the workers. The areas are very clean and I'm enjoying being here. I feel like it's a very quiet place and that I have a lot to explore.

Maintenance requests are slow, have to call the office multiple times. Had issues with a check being lost, sent two messages with no response.

Our apartment was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We love the area with all the shopping and food. Also nice pond to walk around or fish.

Good place, fairly quiet, beautiful lake that it has, the aparments are very spacious it has a very good location, i really like the location theme
