Friendly and Quiet place to live

I lived here for a year and found it a pleasant place to live. The staff were helpful and friendly, and responded quickly to requests. The community was well maintained. There was great communication from management regarding events, weather issues or water/electrical outages. I also liked the fact that it had a gate, a pool, weight room, and easy access to an Amazon locker on site. Nice location as well.

I love it here!!

Since the day I moved in Lindsay and DJ have been so friendly and responsive to my needs. Maintenance is highly responsive to service request in a timely manner if needed. Beautiful landscaping, quiet diverse neighborhood! A proud place to call home.

Great Office Staff

The office staff here is so wonderful. After leaving a stituation where the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Moving here was such an awesome surprise. Mantainence responds in a very timely manner. Love the location and the neighborhs.

I was lied to

It's nice place to live, but be wary of having someone above you. I was told the floors were cement - they are wooden so you hear every step, stomp and bed-creak your upstairs neighbor makes. I signed up for a unit in one building, but on moving day, I discovered I was given another! Good thing it was in a better location. The walls are thin - I can hear my next-door neighbor snoring. So while it's quiet outside, depending on your neighbors, it's noisy and annoying inside.

Requires you to pay rent 60 days past the end of your lease term

mediocre apartments that require you to submit a notice to vacate when you don't renew your lease and then after submitting the form they tell you your still responsible for 60 days of rent.. even if your lease term has ended.

Brannigan Village Apartments

We have taken a tour of Brannigan Village and are planning ton move there because we like it a lot. They have nice amenities and you are even allowed to paint your apartment. I was impressed for the pricing compared to any other complex in Winston-Salem.

Brannigan Village Sets the Standard for Property Management

Never have I stayed in an apartment complex where property management and service seem to come so easily to the managers! Brannigan Village is an inviting neighborhood from the moment you pull into the long driveway that puts the property well off the parkway that it sits on. The office reps are always courteous and helpful, ad any needed service for your unit is performed quickly-- not that the new-ish apartments need a lot of maintenance. The units themselves are a good size with a good layout, although more storage space would go a long way. But what separates Brannigan Village apart from other properties in the city are its cleanliness and quietness. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the peacefulness of the area works with that to promote a sense of safety for the neighborhood. No aspect of the property makes you feel as if th managers have simply taken your rent payment and left you to "fend for yourself". The property amenities: a well-kept pool, laundry center, exercise room, and office, are just icing on the cake. My only concern is that the "market rate" approach to lease renewals will soon put the property into the 'near luxury' category, where some newer properties in the area with nicer unit layouts and fancier amenities might become more appealing, or force me to 'downgrade' to maintain reasonable monthly living expenses. But overall, my experience here has been wonderful!
